We all have an idol who makes us want to be a better version of ourselves. It may be their talent, lifestyle or personality, but something about them inspires us to lead a similar life. Especially, in the field of music and entertainment, fans never fail to express their ardent love for their favorite singers, rappers or performers. Cheering for their idol performing on stage is one thing, but meeting them in person is a whole new, out-of-the-world experience. Recently, one such heartwarming encounter between 50 Cent and his superfan has been making its rounds on the internet. This viral video was posted by the official Instagram handle of the rapper's social networking site, ThisIs50.com (@thisis50), and it has gained over a million views so far.

During one of his stops on "The Final Lap Tour", 50 Cent met a few fans backstage and one of them stood out. The little boy was dumbfounded as the rapper greeted him backstage and broke into tears. The rapper himself was glad to see the kid dressed up as his earlier version with a hat, sleeveless T-shirt and mini bulletproof vest. The little one's love for his idol was so evident as he was emotional throughout the meeting. But the best part was when the rapper hugged the boy and made him pose with a swag just like him. The photographers cheered as the duo threw in a stylish pose. Surely, for the boy, it must've been one of the most unforgettable days of his life.

Amidst the overwhelming emotions, the boy managed to tell his idol, "Thank you so much," and also expressed his love. With tearful eyes and a broken voice, the kid mentioned to 50 Cent that it was his birthday and that he wanted to see his favorite rapper on this special day. The internet was moved to see 50 Cent's sweet side as he embraced the little boy and reciprocated his love. The rapper thoughtfully pulled the boy's father in too for a picture. "Only icons can transcend generations like this. Little dude wasn’t even born in 2002-2003," commented @cartersosa_24. "Man! That kid will never ever forget this day, I swear. Much love OG for making his dream of meeting you come through," wrote @duks_yeboah. "This is why the legends of NYC should never stop showing up! The youth need to see these transformational figures from the street to the top of the game. Salute 50 Cent! Your journey is the epitome of #GetRichOrDieTrying," commented @bayani.nyc.

Another instance when 50 Cent captured the internet's attention with his humble personality was when he responded to haters fat-shaming him. After his smash-hit performance in the 2022 Super Bowl half-time show, the G-Unit kingpin faced some trolling. The singer made an unforgettable entry hanging upside down, which impressed his fans, but some haters chose to comment on his weight and called him unfit. To everyone's surprise, the cool-headed rapper paid no attention to such unnecessary noises and even made merchandise for his brand from the pictures. He simply turned the hate that came his way into something positive. "I call this teasing me. They’re just teasing me because they know I can drop the weight. That’s why I laugh with them. Fat shaming only applies when your ashamed of your fat," the rapper wrote on his X post.
