This love-hate relationship between grandma and her cat is stealing hearts on the internet

Cats have amazing personalities as they love to annoy their owners with their mischief. Sometimes, the owners simply can't stand their pet's shenanigans while simultaneously falling in love with their innocence. This is the case for this famous grandma on TikTok whose adorable moments with her pet cat have gone viral. These videos are posted by her grandson—who goes by Grandma's Boy—and have won everyone's hearts. He has named this series "My Granny and Her Opp," and it documents their love-hate relationship with each other.

Last August, the grandson captured the cute moments when his grandma was being driven crazy by her cat. The feline, who is often referred to as "Baby," makes grandma mad by taking shelter in the most unusual places like flower pots and towel cabinets. "Get your furry butt out of my flower pot. It's starting to feel personal," the granny yells at him adorably. "Oh! You made me mad," she sighed. The grandma-feline duo also had some tug-of-wars making the old woman scream at her little pet. At one point, she put him in a basket, which became a makeshift jail, to make the cat repent his cheeky crimes.

As much as Baby drove her crazy, he is also her favorite companion. He couldn't stop cozying up to her no matter how bad she wanted him to "get off her back." The grandma shouts at him saying, "I'm done with you," only to come back and coddle him with love moments later. When she rocks him to sleep by holding him like a baby, we know that the cat is an important part of her life. "Oh, you're so sweet," the grandma said in a clip where she pampered her pet. The furry angel reciprocated her love by caressing her and apologizing for his mistakes. When the grandson told his grandma, "I thought you didn't like him (the cat)," the grandma replied, "I don't," and then added, "Well, maybe just a little."

This time, when the cat occupied the granny's flower pot again, she threatened him, "If you don't get out of my flowers, you're going to lose one of your nine lives." While she initially refused to allow him on the bed when he got dirty, she later cuddles with him forgiving his mistake. The grandson offered to take the dirty cat away but the grandma held the cat tighter and said, "No, the damage is done." Seeing her scold the feline all the time, the grandson said, "Since you don't love him, let me take him to the pound." However, the possessive pet parent replied, "You ain't big enough."
