Parents' hilarious reaction to daughter's pregnancy news is the best thing on internet

Breaking pregnancy news to loved ones is a blissful moment. It welcomes the potential to create a new core memory with a new beginning. Marissa Mero—who goes by @marissamero on TikTok—decided to surprise her parents with her second baby’s pregnancy news. Instead of telling them upfront, she chose a sneaky and adorable way to do the same. However, the plan took a hilarious turn before her parents could elicit a wholesome response. The woman shared that she was on vacation with her 6-month-old with her parents. The group went to Texas Roadhouse, where Mero would eventually reveal the big news.

Completely unaware of Mero’s plans, the parents got seated at one of the tables. As soon as her mom sat, she spotted a sonogram on their table. What was Mero’s second baby’s sonogram was mistaken for something else. The mom exclaimed, “Oh, what the hell, someone left their baby picture!” As soon as she got the table’s attention, she returned to looking at the picture, wondering what to do with the same. Mero, who thought her parents would understand on seeing the sonogram, was speechless. “What?” the couple exclaimed. Figuring out what to do next, Mero suggested, “That’s weird. Is there a name on it or something?”

While looking at the sonogram, both parents tried to locate the mother’s name. In a spur of the moment, the mom read the name, “Marrisa Mero… what!?” It took her and the dad a few seconds before they realized what was up. The dad immediately took the sonogram and sweetly began gazing at it, trying to take in the heart-melting news. Meanwhile, the mom was too confused to respond. She repeatedly kept shrieking, “What!?” as the couple had a good laugh. The parents couldn’t stop gleaming at the sight of the sonogram.

As soon as the mom realized, she covered her head with embarrassment, wondering how she didn’t get the idea. “Really? Wow!” the dad remarked. The mom was unsure whether to feel awkward or delighted, leaving the entire family in splits at her misunderstanding. “Good news!” the dad said before letting out a massive chuckle. “What in the world?” the mom said, trying to get herself together. “You’ll have to move in with me,” she exclaimed. People couldn’t get a hold of themselves after seeing the parents’ shocked reactions. However, the top-tier fact was that Mero chose to break the news at Texas Roadhouse.
