Restaurant manager serves up epic response to rude customer who threw a tantrum for getting the wrong order

Almost everyone has experienced getting the wrong order at a restaurant. While it can be frustrating, a polite correction usually resolves the issue. However, one woman who received the wrong fries decided to respond with rude comments instead. The restaurant manager, Leo Gonzalez, handled the situation with humor and wit, leaving the internet in fits of laughter. Gonzalez, who goes by @leogonzall on TikTok, shared a video of the interaction that quickly went viral.

Gonzalez approached the woman and asked if she needed to speak to the manager and what had gone wrong as the video began. "I am trying to understand why you all are so incompetent," the woman complained. "That's a wild place to start," Gonzalez replied, surprised by the accusation. Before he could continue, the woman interrupted, saying, "You know what's a wild place to start? My lunch not being correct." Gonzalez responded, "Okay, that's good. There are far worse things. So tell me the lore of where we went wrong because I thought we ruined your whole life. What happened?" Unhappy with his response, the woman began recording the incident on her phone.

"Wait, she is pulling out the phone. Oh, I love this. Record me. What do you want me to say in your video," the man remarked. "Is it going to go viral? I can't wait. What should I say?" He then added, "No, we refuse to serve you." The woman mentioned contacting corporate. "Corporate? This is ours," Gonzalez replied. "How's that?" The customer, still recording, brought up the franchise, but Gonzalez clarified that the establishment was privately owned. "I designed the logo." The woman continued, "I don't even know why you are in business." Gonzalez replied, "Because it's good." She kept complaining, "But you didn't get the order right." The man once again asked her what went wrong.
