Pam And Angela From 'The Office' Are Going To Host A Special Podcast About The TV Series!

If you're still having The Office withdrawals, fret not, because Pam and Angela, that is, Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey, are here to fuel your unhealthy addiction to the television series through a new podcast starring our favorites. Called Office Ladies, it is expected to be "the ultimate podcast for nostalgic fans." According to an official announcement from podcast company Stitcher, the show will feature the duo - who are BFFs in real life, by the way - completing a breakdown of an episode of The Office every single week. They'll also be providing behind-the-scenes stories as well as answers to questions from fans and listeners, CNN reports.

Premiering October 16 - which is just in time for the show's 15th anniversary, yay! - the show will be part of Stitcher's comedy network, Earwolf. Other podcasts on their network include Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend and How Did This Get Made? Unsurprisingly, everyone involved is super excited for the grand unveiling, including the former Office stars themselves. Fischer affirmed in a statement, "As we close in on the 15th anniversary of the show, it seemed like a great time to share our stories and behind-the-scenes trivia with fans. Besides talking about The Office, you can also hear us chat a little about our lives, our Target runs together, our friendship through the years." Kinsey added, "The Office was such an amazing chapter of our lives and it means so much to us that we get to share some of our memories of filming it with our audiences."

As those who are still binge-watching The Office on Netflix are probably familiar with, the television series ran for nine seasons from 2005 to 2013 on NBC Comedy. As CNN notes, the show found a "second life" thanks to the digital generation of viewers who primarily watch their content on streaming platforms such as Netflix. It has been estimated that in 2018 alone, The Office was streamed for an estimated 52 billion minutes.

While Netflix has been a great home for the show, it will be moving to NBC's own streaming service in 2021.
