True sportsmen are not worried or bothered about competition or how people will perceive them. Winning is not their primary concern; instead, they willingly share the joy of victory with others. This admirable trait was exemplified by a young child who diplayed the true spirit of sportsmanship. In a beautiful video posted on Twitter by @GoodNewsCorres1, a teenager who won a championship can be seen sharing the platform with his competitors, who came second and third in the competition.

The flex behind the podium reads, "International GDF Cup Brasilia 2023 FBJJD Jiu-Jitsu Championship." The text reads, "Tournament champion invites his competitors to share the 1st place platform." After the photographer takes the first picture, the boy who won the gold medal can be seen calling his competitors who came second and third. He asks them to stand with him at the center of the podium, reserved for the person who comes first. One with a silver medal and two children with bronze medals can be seen standing along with him in the middle when the video ends.

The video has gained over 39k views and 521 likes on Twitter. It is captioned, "In an act of sportsmanship and solidarity this tournament champion invites his fellow competitors to share the 1st place platform with him." People loved what the kid did. @c.jeans8961 commented, "1st place with a heart of gold." @vogle67 shared, "Good boy with a wonderful heart."

It is rare to find kids with this level of sportsmanship and love for their competitors. He did not even think twice before calling his fellow competitors to stand up with him, which proved the kid really deserved what he got.

In another true display of sportsmanship, when the Cheer Athletics Panthers team was performing at NCA All-Star Championship on February 25, 2023, their music stopped and that's when 10,000 cheerleaders from present rival teams started counting for them. They counted  and repeated it until they finished their routine. Moreover, their performance was mind-blowing and it didn't seem like they were doing their routine without music. The video was posted on TikTok by @magenreaves. It is captioned, "And why were we all crying?! Such a sweet moment and they slayed their routine!"

People on the social media platform appreciated the sportsmanship among the teams. @theravenvesta said, "People really underestimate the sportsmanship in cheer. It’s a community. It’s not like what you see in the movies with the cattiness." @kkaykkayann commented, "The way they didn't even hesitate, they heard the music stop and immediately started counting. I have no background in cheer, but this was amazing to see."

@close_ _chaos expressed, "This literally gave me chills. They say cheer isn’t a sport! Please. This was the epitome of sportsmanship! Class act! Pure badass!" @steeze365daily commented, "The epitome of 'the show must go on.'" @alexis_lee33 commented, "Me crying and feeling proud and I have nothing to do with cheerleading." Be it sports or cheerleading, if the participants share a feeling of community, it is seen in their performances or game, which is beautiful.
