'The Transformed Wife' has made it her life's mission to guide any woman who'll listen towards a life of childbearing, husband serving, career abandoning, and mind numbness.
Ladies, you're going to want to sit down and take a few deep breaths for this one because today I will, unfortunately, be introducing you to the anti-feminist phenomenon that is The Transformed Wife. Lori Alexander—a self-professed godly woman—believes the sole purpose of women is "to be sober, love and obey their husbands, love their children, be chaste, discreet, good, and keepers at home." With over 8.5k followers on Twitter and several more on other social media platforms, Alexander has made it her life's mission to guide any woman who'll listen towards a life of childbearing, husband serving, career abandoning, and general mind numbness.
Keeping in line with her theme of single-handedly trying to set feminism back by a few decades, Alexander recently put out a tweet targeting women who wear uniforms. The tweet, that might make you want to scratch your eyes out, reads: I'm not sure how men could be attracted to women dressed as men like female police officers and females in the military. These are men's jobs. If they weren't, then women could dress like women in these jobs but they can't. Stick to being feminine, women. Deep breaths, ladies, deep breaths.
While we could gladly spend days furiously pointing out the glaring signs of internalized misogyny in this single tweet—and Alexander's entire existence by the looks of it—the ones deemed not feminine enough by her have already shut down this nonsense with their fitting responses. Countless women took to social media to share photos of themselves in uniforms, calling out everything that's wrong with Alexander's piece of turd of a tweet. Here are some of our favorite responses:
is my mascara feminine enough for the cockpit 🧐🙄🤷♀️ https://t.co/HiQTeWXtDC pic.twitter.com/S0ZBwEu2cW

I’m proud to do ‘a mans job’ and wear my uniform. I do not do my job to be attractive to anybody, I do my job to help people 👍🏻 (don’t usually bite to tweets like this but this woman has annoyed me) https://t.co/iz4IGz0dYY pic.twitter.com/7vZsGXZBl0

Didn’t know my gender and attractiveness was determined by wearing pants....someone come get Karen. https://t.co/q3RGIiKhPo pic.twitter.com/OLNC7PCCX9

I’m proud to wear my uniform, I don’t wear this or do the job as a FF to ‘attract men’ I do it because I absolutely love it! These types of opinions are the reason young girls have confidence and appearance issues, you CAN wear and BE what ever you want to be female/male💪🏼 https://t.co/NAjFoMCxNg pic.twitter.com/8dsrQyt01u

Dress like a man? I don’t dress like a man. I wear my uniform with pride. I represent the men and women who safeguard our community, serving as equals. And FYI: my son thinks I’m a super hero. How’s that for feminine @thetransformedwife https://t.co/eeBO7AlomS pic.twitter.com/w39M4aqtf0

We are NOT here to impress men, we are here to MAKE A DIFFERENCE, HELP THE PUBLIC AND SAVE LIVES and also show how powerful women are, just going to leave this here for all these men to not be attracted to me x https://t.co/cLsiqdmObu pic.twitter.com/AwUrPTmrEX

This is one of the most offensive things I’ve ever read. I am confident when I say, there’s not a female police officer that joined the job because the uniform is flattering. To minimise the work we do down to a uniform is appalling. I’m not here for men to find attractive. https://t.co/uV5GU8Ahgh pic.twitter.com/FAGl9zYtaJ

Thought we were out fighting crime, protecting the public, but it turns out, we’re out on the pull..🙄For goodness sake!!👮🏼 #FridayThoughts https://t.co/FPiwgZ3VMP pic.twitter.com/Cb3OmDqDnm
I don’t dress like a man, I dress like the women who have blazed the trail ahead of me. When I walk out the door every morning in uniform I know that my fiancé is proud of me & that’s what matters. The goal is to protect lives & property, not walk down the runway. https://t.co/XxL2ukjtJh pic.twitter.com/LYESwvdGW3

— Abigail Harris (@abigail18harris) February 24, 2020
I’m not dressed like a man, I’m dressed like a maintainer.
I’m not dressed like a man, IM DRESSED IN FREEDOM.
They aren’t “MENS” jobs, you’re just too small minded to be one of those strong women you’re calling men. https://t.co/wCxUBQTHAV pic.twitter.com/FLRV64QdjM
Although these gorgeous women clearly don't need anyone to come to their rescue, people who found Alexander's delusional piece of crap on the internet couldn't stop themselves from responding to it.
Your construct of femininity is mind boggling, to say the least.

Those aren't "men's clothes," they are called 'uniforms," as in everyone doing the job looks uniformly identical.
And these are just "jobs," not "men's jobs," and both men and women CHOOSE to do them.
Ring ring... Hello? This is 2020 calling. The 1950s would like their tweet back please. 🙄

I'm betting you have a real problem with the Catholic church then. All those men wearing dresses!

Jesus had long hair and wore a dress. Is this why he was single?

He should get a haircut and a real job. What a lazy man. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
— Dan Jock (@LocalhostDemon) February 23, 2020
These people make for easy blocks...
In conclusion, take a chill pill, Alexander. You clearly don't know what you're talking about.
