Woman's reaction to adorable proposal at Waffle House is melting hearts on the internet

As their little tradition, every year in February, the couple visited their favorite Waffle House in Carrollton, Georgia, to celebrate Valentine's Day. But this February, it had some changes. Cox invited Massey for a "fine dining date" at the restaurant. Little did Massey know that their regular trip was much more than a date this time. The couple shared their heartwarming moment on the platform, and her reaction has attracted over 20 million views.
