She threw her puppy at him during a bizarre encounter, he gave it a loving home.

Joining the seemingly neverending stream of racially-charged incidents across the country this year, a young woman was caught on camera violently throwing a puppy at a Black man. The unidentified woman — who very creepily claimed: "I don't have an identity" — was filmed by the victim as she blocked his path to his car while launching a racist tirade against him which mentioned everything from the Illuminati to the mafia to the U.S. military and his race. The video sparked widespread concern for the helpless canine after the man uploaded the video on social media on Saturday.

In the nearly two and a half minutes long video, the woman is seen pacing back and forth before the man and even physically assaulting him a couple of times. Despite repeatedly asking her to back off so that he can get to his car, she rambles on in slurred speech. "Mafia it's called the military of the United States of America, you're Black," she says at one point, to which he responds: "What did you say?" When she repeats her comment about his race, he asks: "So what if I'm f***ing Black?"

The woman spit on the ground at this and confronted him in a hostile manner, retorting: "So what if I'm f***ing White?" The woman rambles on as he points out that he wasn't the one to bring up race and attempts to kick his leg when he asks who she is. "I don't have an identity. Do I look like I have an identity?" she responds. The most upsetting part of the video comes as he asks if the puppy in her arms belongs to her, at which point she hurls the yelping canine straight at him. The pup hits the man and falls to the ground, whimpering in distress, and goes running to the man to hide between his legs.

The man checked if the dog was alright before lifting up the distressed pup when the woman accuses him of stealing her dog. When he tells her that she will go to jail for her actions, the woman claims that she won't because she has a mental health record. "I've had a mental health record since I was little," she adds. The video cuts off at this point, leaving netizens concerned about the helpless puppy. Fortunately, the man later confirmed on social media that he took the dog home and that the canine is in much better hands now.

He also set up a GoFundMe, with an initial goal of $3,000 to take care of the pup's immediate needs and ongoing care. The campaign has since surpassed its goal by over $4,000 as concerned netizens donated to the cause to ensure a loving, healthy life for the pup, who now also has a social media account with 230k followers. Named "Movie" by her new human, she now appears to be safe and happy in her new home.

"She needs professional and likely institutional help. Hopefully, she gets charged for endangering that poor dog, thank you for saving the puppy," commented Twitter user Alex about the woman, while another added: "Nah she not a human being. There’s no soul behind those eyes." Twitter user @helenaalexo noted: "She did not blink once Jesus Christ. Drugs really take the soul from a person it’s scary as hell." As traumatic as the experience must've been for Movie, we're glad she's finally found a loving home where she is adored and cared for.
