Girl sees Uber Eats delivery man eating her food but she starts laughing after realizing who it is

Parenting never ends, and parents carry out their duties throughout their lives. Likewise, even children have some responsibilities towards their parents, and a young woman named Tarah Truong (@tarvh) summarized it perfectly in a wholesome video. The woman revealed that her dad had taken up the job of an UberEats driver to earn some extra money. Her support and love for him through it all is one of the best gifts any child can give their parents. As their heartwarming tête-à-tête unfolds on screen, every daughter is reminded of her ever-giving, ever-present father.

Truong mentioned that ever since her dad started at the job, she has been right by his side, dedicated to ordering food so her dad can do pickups and deliveries to earn more. Apart from that, she also gives him tips, like she would give any other driver, showing deep respect for his hustle. The best part of this entire fiasco is that the meetups where the father delivers the food to Truong are one-of-a-kind. The woman perfectly blends her role as a customer and daughter, and it’s an endearing sight.

Sharing an instance, Truong revealed a text exchange between her and her father. “Hey, I just ordered Uber Eats,” the woman informed her dad. Among their everyday conversations, she added what her order was so the dad could pick it up. She even shared her dad’s profile picture and messaged him on the Uber Eats app. Sharing a glimpse of the latter, the texts were a wholesome culmination of order-related texts and random “Love you”s to her dad. The priceless moment arrived when the man approached Truong’s door with her delivery. He, too, excitedly blended his role as a dad and a delivery driver, delighted to deliver to his daughter. 

Smiling as he walked up to her door, he mischievously sipped a bit of her drink and continued to approach her. When he saw Truong peeking from the door and giggling at his antics, like any other dad, to make his daughter happy, he took yet another sip. As the woman opened the door to receive her package, the dad jokingly asked, “Aye, where’s my tip?” leaving her in stitches. As the dad was about to leave, he gave his daughter a warm hug and a kiss, saying, “Bye, I love you.” When asked how much of a tip he’d like, like every dad, he refused the money and said, “No, that’s okay, I miss you.”

Towards the end of the video, the young woman made her dad drive back and insisted he receive a tip from her. His smile knew no bounds, and it was not just for the tip but for the love his daughter showered on him. And who wouldn’t be happy to get the opportunity to drop in and visit their kid during working hours? “Most hardworking man I know,” Truong wrote in her caption. @moises._209 said, “Lost my dad a few months ago. This just brought a smile to my face, thank you.” @shutterandsurf wrote, “He’s so amazing.” @ngginism added, “This is so wholesome. Such a sweet father.”
