But that was not considerate enough for the company because they had to go to greater lengths and offer a 4-day work week too.

They are so sensible that they offer emotional support to people who are in abusive relationships. Also, the company offered unlimited menstrual leave for "people with uteruses" and the content creator could not believe her eyes.
Michelle expressed her disbelief over how great these benefits were and said, "This is human decency." Next came the unusual stipends that the generous employer offered. Employees get an annual tech stipend, which according to Michelle, is the money workers can utilize to buy tech devices like phones or computers. They also supported employees with a stipend for their personal and professional growth. Finally, the company mentioned "a stipend to build your wealth." The content creator asked the audience to help her find the organization behind this "best job offer" and said she would even move to take that job.
