Woman shares hilarious story of how she got caught in the middle of a domestic dispute on a flight

It doesn't matter if you are taking a domestic or international flight, there is always some mid-air drama that you have to tolerate unwillingly. But it's even worse if that in-flight drama involves you. This is exactly what happened to Jordynn Wynn, a social media influencer and co-founder of the brand Insert Name Here. She usually shares hair, fashion and makeup-related TikTok videos, but this time, she had an interesting real-life story to share with her audience.

Jordynn's video, where she shared an awkward encounter with a couple on a flight that got progressively worse, has raked up over 900,000 views so far. Jordynn narrated how she was chatting casually with a man but ended up getting confronted by his wife in an ugly way. "I'm on the plane and I get upgraded to first class and I get seated next to this guy who's in his early 40s, late 30s. We are both working on our laptops. And the flight attendant comes around and offers us drinks, and I just order water," she begins.

The man initiates a conversation by informing Jordynn they provide unlimited free drinks to passengers in first class. "So I ended up ordering a glass of wine. And then I'm like, 'Oh, where are you going? What are you doing?' And he tells me that he's a professor. And he works in nature conservation. And he's going on a trip to give a speech about nature conservation. And so I'm just asking him a bunch of questions, not flirting, just chatting about nature conservation," she continues. Then Jordynn adds how the man told her that his wife is actually in the economy class and he got upgraded to first class while he is trying to finish his project.

"As if on cue, his wife comes up with the babies. I don't know, a two-year-old and a five-year-old, plop the baby in his lap. And she's like, 'If you're not going to work, the least you can do is watch one of the babies.' She is pissed. She does not care, though. He's trying to calm her down. So I'm casually trying to make conversation with this five-year-old girl because they're having a very heated, awkward conversation right next to me. He says something like, 'Oh, yeah, she was just asking me about my job.' And she's like, 'Yeah, we've been watching you and your head turn over here for the last 20 minutes,'" Jordynn narrates.

As the wife leaves the baby on his lap and returns to her seat, the man tries to manage the fussy toddler. "I feel awkward. I'm like, should I take the baby? Should I be taking responsibility for this? So I'm just on my phone awkwardly. I mean, it's awkward for everyone. He's kind of trying to make a conversation with me, but I'm kind of like, don't do it. And initially, I'm like, that lady is grumpy. But then I'm like, well, what husband, what partner not even husband, what partner leaves their partner in the back of a plane, while they're in first class drinking whiskey, with a two-year-old and a five-year-old on a 3-4 hour flight? That's crazy," she adds.

Fellow TikTok users shamed the unnamed man for his actions as well. @shon_daaa joked: "If my husband took the upgrade and left me in the economy with 2 kids he wouldn't make it out alive." @mariahramirez__ commented: "I'm on the wife's side too. If he's gonna be chatting it up and not working then he can help me with the babies." 

@colonel77 wrote: "Either give the upgrade to the wife or say no thanks you can pass the upgrade on to someone else. No one should be left with two kids on a plane." Jordynn concludes by saying that she learned her lesson and it's not worth talking to men with wedding rings on their fingers. She also mentioned how important it is to choose wisely before we marry someone.
