We all have little things that we do on a regular basis just to make our daily tasks easier. For instance, the way you tie your hair when you sleep to avoid tangles in the morning or a viral hack you saw about how to curl your hair without having to heat and damage it at all. All of these innovative ways to do things that are a little different from the norm are called hacks and they often come in quite handy. Recently, many people have been sharing these hacks with the world on social media. TikTok user @tipsandtrickswithq shared a video that could be quite helpful for pasta enthusiasts. Pasta is a dish that everyone loves. More so because it can be customized as per the local taste quite easily.

However, this pasta hack has nothing to do with its sauce. This is a trick that allows you to not break your pasta while cooking it. It helps you strain your pasta easily with no mess whatsoever. After all, who doesn't get a little bummed when their long spaghetti pasta breaks or penne pasta cracks a little. In the first frame, you can see a woman holding a utensil of boiled pasta. She proceeds to put it in the sink and asks the audio reads, "Show me the life hack that you randomly saw one day that is now an unconscious standard practice in your life?" Next, she covers the utensil with the boiled pasta with a plastic strainer and drains out the water. Instead of the classic way of doing this, which is pouring the pasta and boiled water into the strainer, she uses the strainer as a lid to the utensil and drains out the water.

Not only does this trick allow one to strain the pasta, but also saves them from constantly needing to use more and more utensils. It's a win-win situation on all fronts. Your pasta doesn't break and you don't need to clean an extra utensil. In fact, once this is done - you can just very easily add your sauce and veggies to the same vessel you boiled your pasta in and voila! Your yummy, non-broken pasta is here. There are a lot of comments on this post filled with hearts and love for the woman because she shared such a convenient hack.

Talking about kitchen hacks, we are reminded of a great one someone learned from their grandmama. It was a trick on how to get rid of oil stains from your Tupperware. Wash your Tupperware like you generally do and then fill half of it with hot water. Then, add some dish soap to that water along with cut-up pieces of a paper towel. Once that is done, close the lid and shake your Tupperware container for a few minutes. And tada! The oil stains from your Tupperware are gone like they didn't exist. Lots of people loved the hack and thanks to @ariganja for sharing it.

One person—who goes by @pervykittkat on TikTok—confirmed the hack. They excitedly said, "Can confirm this works. I don’t even use that much water. It’s so awesome!" @Nisha added a step to the trick and said, "Rub or spray a tiny amount of oil in the container before adding contents. Clean up is a breeze and no stains!"
