One mom has made effective use of something many influencers have been using to pack: a plastic shoe organizer.
How much is too much when it comes to packing kids' clothes for a vacation or an outing? This is a question parents don't have a definite answer to. Taking kids on a holiday is a whole lot of fun but excluding the part where the parents have to remember to keep everything essential for their kids along with their numerous outfits economically. While many still struggle to pack the suitcase of their children in the most efficient way, @betterwithchardonnay has come up with an ultimate packing hack that parents are appreciating. She shared the idea through a TikTok video and it has now gone viral.
@betterwithchardonnay has made effective use of something many influencers have been using to pack: a plastic shoe organizer. “Lay out every single outfit per day, roll it up, and throw it into each one of those little slots,” she explains. “I am using one organizer to pack for two toddlers on a six-day trip.” Since kids have tiny clothes, these shoe organizers help in the efficient packing of their clothes. The remaining slots can be used to keep other things that are used by kids. For this reason, she calls these shoe organizers a "game-changer" in packing. She also shows puts the organizer in a suitcase and then she picks up the organizer and hangs it up on the door. The clothes look well organized in the small slots.
This video has made parents on TikTok quite happy and it has received 485.7 likes with many comments. "Omg, brilliant!" wrote @jesmartini while @jessica_sha commented: "I do this at home and away for my 6 and 3 years olds so they can get ready independently. Game changer." "Omg! this will be life-changing when I go away for a week with 2 kids!" shared @assiral91.xo and @mooser92 wrote: "Could do this for everyday clothes too, would save time in the morning."
"This is amazing," wrote @jenniferpowersbro and @phoenixlyrisis shared: "This is so good thank you for sharing." @jessica4wi added: "I do this with my work clothes for the week since I wear a uniform (scrubs + T-shirt). It’s amazing." @h2otamara chimed in and hilariously shared: "Not me just having finished loading suitcases in the car and seriously considering unloading and starting over to do this." @bethanymay41, who has tried the hack, expressed: "This also works for in the home, I used it for my newborn and it so easy for it to just be there."
We can see from the comments section that it is a widely used way to pack and people who did not know about it, are grateful now that they learned this hack. Now, moms and dads can easily pack for their kids without the clothes getting disorganized and leading to adding to the list of chores during the vacation. One can actually sit and enjoy their time with their loved ones and make beautiful memories for a lifetime instead of being troubled with the task of packing and then unpacking during a vacation.
