If somebody asked you what kind of man you would like to have as a partner, you might list qualities like handsome, smart, funny, sensible, etc. Right? But Jessie's (@littlejar) apparent "Men Diagram" will definitely make you doubt your choices. Her video, shared on October 15, 2025, has over 7 million views on TikTok.

"I would like to present to you all what I like to call the Men Diagram," Jessie announced before she displayed the viral diagram to explain every guy on dating apps. Her Venn diagram had three overlapping circles, with each outermost section labeled as handsome, nice, and smart, respectively. Now, according to the diagram, every good-looking and nice guy is dumb, every handsome and smart guy is a jerk, and finally, all smart and nice dudes are nerds. At the center, all three qualities came together to form a community of gay men. "I often sent it to men whom I was talking to when I used to be on dating apps. It’s a good time," Jessie said. While she asked all men to comment on which category they fell into, Jessie challenged the ladies to guess how the guys respond when she sends them the chart. In a follow-up video, Jessie finally revealed the response she gets from men after she sends them the "Men Diagram." Jessie said, "What almost every single man I’ve ever shown this to — ones that I’ve met on dating apps — have said, 'But I’m not gay.'"

@littlejar Replying to @heynowsarah y’all are crazy but I love it here is the follow up #fyp #men #single #funnymoments #dating ♬ original sound - Jessie🩷

While most of the men believed that they were handsome, smart, and nice, they dismissed the chart, saying they weren't gay, Jessie added. The society, sadly, has still not accepted the LGBTQ+ community; thus, people often get offended if they are even jokingly called gay. People are sometimes so cruel to homosexual people that they pass cruel comments to belittle them in public. In fact, a study by Stonewall of more than 2,000 adults in the UK found nearly 1 in 5 people have used offensive language against LGBTQ+ people in the past year. The taboo around the community is so widespread that straight people, especially men, can't even tolerate somebody calling them gay, even in a joke.

Meanwhile, reacting to Jessie's video, @babybluedreamer24 commented, "We need to include having money in this Venn diagram." @athleticthighs said, "Yep. My criteria is always 'Don’t be cruel or boring,' and I haven’t found one yet." @mrdaveuseswords said, "I think I’m gay? Weird, I’ve never been attracted to men before. But it’s in the diagram. I might as well give it a go; wish me luck!" @stephalopod commented, "Fun fact: CIA operatives are told to be skeptical of women who are way out of their league who seem interested in them, because they could be spies. This training fails epically because men NEVER think these women are out of their league."

@lindsi_lou wrote, "Biased, but I think my husband falls in the middle. And I’d rename the middle section to 'Potentially bisexual but already in a monogamous relationship with a woman.'" @warcrypod wrote, "Damn, I really don’t know where I fall. I’m just handsome enough (maybe too much credit), a little of a jerk, sometimes dumb as hell, can read at a 12th-grade level, nice to people I care about, and to my surprise, 1/4 gay because of the Scottish dude from Outlander." @upstairsduck commented, "I think the diagram needs some tweaks because I’m a jerk, but that implies that I’m handsome, which is simply incorrect."
