Everyone goes through some difficult phases in life. However, what we learn from them is what matters the most in the end. We should not let heartbreaks and hurdles bring us down in any way. So, when this woman learned that her boyfriend cheated on her just before a baseball game, she didn't let the news affect her performance badly. Her best friend Carley—who goes by @carley_..c on TikTok—documented the entire event in a now-viral video. Where the woman can be seen wearing an orange T-shirt with tears in her eyes as she just got the heartbreaking news.

It was moments before her baseball game and anyone would assume that this hard time would affect her game. However, in the next frame, she could be seen hitting the ball hard with the bat and then making a home run. All her team players could be seen coming to the field to cheer for her. Now, this is the sort of spirit that every player requires. This woman proved that we can use our hardships as fuel to move ahead in life rather than letting them bring us down.

I promise you'll get over this. Don't waste your time crying for a man, just continue with life and live happier than you have ever been."

In another similar instance, a woman did not let an embarrassing moment pull her down. People often ask women embarrassing questions about their bodies. When Sarah—who goes by @sarahinyellow on TikTok—was asked a similar question by her yoga instructor, it shook her confidence. The question was: "How far along in the pregnancy are you?" She immediately corrected her by telling her that she was not pregnant. The instructor repeatedly apologized to her but her comment made Sarah look at the mirror many times and question her body. She said in the video, frustrated, "I'm really not mad at her. I'm just mad at beauty standards and all these things that make us feel like there has to be an explanation for why you have a belly. I have a belly and that's all right."

She added that she took care of herself physically and mentally and couldn't be called unhealthy. She also realized that she couldn't be talking to herself that way. After which, she uploaded a picture of herself in a pink ensemble that she had worn to the yoga class and said, "I feel like in the past I would have never worn it again. However, I am not going to overthink it and I love this outfit."
