Woman does 'wifey things' to try to scare off the man she has been dating for a week

Dating someone for the first time is always a tad bit awkward. People often do not know if they are moving fast or slow on their first dates. However, one woman is alleviating this discomfort by bravely taking a bold approach to evaluate whether her potential partner is truly worth pursuing. Markiesha—who goes by @mamaalivinn on TikTok—shared a video of a prank she pulled on a guy. We are not sure if she meant to carry on this prank as an icebreaker in a new relationship or if was it just to chase away the guy she was dating for some reason.

Markiesha made a call to her date while a third person films her having an interesting and hilarious conversation. Acting like how a wife of a person usually would, she could barely hold her laughter as she told him that she had booked him an appointment with a dentist.

The unnamed person and the woman have been dating for "a solid week" as per the video and her phone call threw the guy in a whirlpool of confusion. "You booked one for me?" he asked through the call. Markiesha answered yes while snickering and replied that she just wanted to be "proactive."

The fellow on the other end asked if "his teeth were terrible" and continued to be bewildered by the interaction. Markiesha complimented him and said that she liked his teeth but since she was at the dentist, she booked an appointment for him as well. The guy had an unexpected reply to it as he said that "it was sweet of her to do so" but he questioned if she was just messing with him or not.

"No, I just love you just doing wifey things, ya know?" Markiesha responded while giggling. To make things even more bizarre, she continued the prank and even told the guy that she has already booked a family photo shoot and had finalized their outfits. At that point, the confused fellow was probably playing along with her, getting a hint of where things were headed. He said that he hoped the outfits were matching and when she confirmed that they were, he said "thank god" because he wouldn't have done the shoot otherwise.

"If you need any other appointments booked, I got you, babe," Markiesha carried on her prank call as her partner responded with a laugh to mention that he is okay with the dentist appointment since he needed one. "So if you could get right on that, that would be great," he answered while giggling as well. People were amused to witness this exchange.
