This couple's love story feels like it's straight out of a Hollywood movie. Taiwanese woman Lin Xiaofen revealed to her boyfriend, Lian, a life-threatening incident from 11 years ago. After a severe car crash, doctors transfused 10 pints of blood and two units of platelets to save her. Lian, a regular blood donor, playfully asked, "Could it be my blood you used?" His question sparked Lin's curiosity. She decided to find out if Lian was indeed the donor who saved her life, as reported by Bored Panda.

Lin was astonished when she discovered that the donor was a Mr. Lian from Hsinchu. "I felt surprised," she said. She verified this by checking the donor's ID number with the blood bank staff, who confirmed that Lian had indeed saved her life seven years before they met.

Lian used this moment to encourage others to donate blood. "You might have a chance to save your future wife," he said.

Social media users humorously suggested it was all part of Lian's grand plan to win Lin over. One individual wrote: "Great plan. This is what I got. Step 1. Stalk your crush. Step 2. plot an accident plan against her. Step 3. Donate blood for her recovery. Step 4. Start saying you had an instant connection with her when you meet her again. Step 5. Layout clues for her to find out that you are her lifesaver. Step 6. Eventually, let her find your love for her. Conclusion: a successful happy married life with your crush." Another commented, " He got a wife from donating?? All I ever got was a juicy juice and cookies lol."

In another incident, a 54-year-old nurse was shocked to know that the new doctor on the block, Brandon Seminatore, was in fact a baby she nursed when he was prematurely delivered at 26 weeks. According to Metro, Vilma Wong spent over three decades working at the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital in Palo Alto, California. Although she instantly recognized the name of her new colleague, she couldn't quite place how she knew him.

But when Seminatore shared that they both worked at the hospital where he was born, she knew who he was. Surprisingly, the young doctor even had a picture of them together taken in his early days. "I got very suspicious because I remember being the primary nurse to a baby with the same last name," Wong said about seeing his name for the first time. "I asked him if his dad was a police officer and there was a big silence and then he asked me if I was Vilma. I said yes."

Vilma said that she was in shock at first but overjoyed to know that she took care of him almost 30 years ago and now heโ€™s a pediatric resident at the same place where he was born. Brandon was specializing in child neurology at the same hospital.
