Woman cries tears of joy after boyfriend grabs front-row tickets to Taylor Swift's concert for her

Taylor Swift fans want nothing more than to watch their favorite musician perform live on her epic "The Eras Tour." As the singer continues to travel from one continent to another, Swifties are desperately trying to find a single seat at atleast one of her concerts. But grabbing a ticket to Swift's concert is easier said than done as the presales end just within seconds. But one guy has got the "best boyfriend" tag by many people on the internet as he somehow managed to get front-row tickets to the singer's concert for his Swiftie girlfriend.

Connor Rice, an influencer on TikTok, surprised his girlfriend Yvonne at her work and he shared the whole story on his page, @connor.rice. "I don't know how I did it but I did it," Rice can be heard saying in the first few seconds of the clip. "I've been fighting in the trenches with these presale codes for hours, trying to get the tickets she wanted." However, there was a little change in plans because initially, Yvonne wanted to go to the Liverpool leg of the concert because it was closest to their place. But Rice managed to grab tickets to the Edinburgh concert and he was more than happy to drive to the venue.

Just like his video caption read, Rice won the war indeed, fighting against other Swift fans who were trying to snag the positions he luckily managed to book. "But the key thing is, she really wanted to be front standing and she wanted to be at the breathing distance from Taylor," he joked. Then he drove to her workplace and waited for her in his car. Yvonne arrived soon after and Rice asked her if she had a good day at work. As she started talking about her day, Rice revealed the grand surprise.

"I really got the front standing tickets," he held Yvonne's hands and told her as she cried tears of joy and hugged him. She let out a joyous squeal as the couple discussed how they were going to make it to the concert site for the weekend. TikTok commentators showered a lot of love and admiration at Rice's gift to his girlfriend and even hailed him as "best boyfriend." @amimason316 wrote: "You are proof of - if he wants to he will! You 2 are an amazing power couple." @cosplay_ally added: "How to be the best boyfriend guide right here. Get you a man that gets you tickets and goes with you."

The video was reposted on Reddit as well by u/ChrisMMatthews where Rice's thoughtful gesture garnered more reactions from the community. u/Active-Setting7814 joked: "How does it feel to be loved like this by your boyfriend?" u/tofupork wrote: "It’s harder than it seems. I hadn’t a clue who Taylor Swift was until I started dating my SO. It’s something she really wants and I was willing to shell out, and waited for presale and still couldn’t get anything. Kind of a downer, even resales were gone." 

Just like the Reddit commentators described, it has been incredibly hard for the Swifties to grab tickets to her ongoing world tour. According to NPR, the lightning-fast sale of tickets caused the Ticketmaster fiasco last year when Swift's fans were outraged at the site getting crashed. But as long as you have someone as loving as Rice, there is a slim chance that you might get an opportunity to see your favorite pop star live at her concert and make great memories.
