This video is proof that girlhood in a bathroom is the best form of solidarity a woman ever experiences.
A true girl tribe can save you from everything, from a fashion faux pas to a toxic boyfriend. A woman who understands the girl code will likely save you from going in the wrong direction. In a similar instance, Arisa—who goes by @arisahall on TikTok—asked girls in a bathroom if they would help her with a question. Everybody said, "Go ahead." She asked, "Should I get back with my ex?" Everyone in the bathroom unanimously screamed, "No!" She asked, "Why not?" Again they screamed together, "F*** him." It was peak girlhood as not a single person seemed out of sync or in disagreement with the opinion.
She wrote in the caption, "Literally every girl in the bathroom screamed no at her...I love my best friend forever." The video received over 19 million views and 10k comments. People in the comments had a lot to share. @marigutierezz1996 wrote, "The girl's bathroom is such a sacred place." @mamane2727 commented, "Men will never know the comradery that comes in the girl's bathroom!" @midol remarked, "The most real advice I've ever gotten came from the girl's bathroom."
@juulpodspitback quipped, "'Sorry, the girls in the bathroom said I can't get back with you.'" @must.have.moxie shared, "I was invited to a wedding after giving a girl a hair elastic in the bathroom. I love us." @fifimaccc expressed, "I also like that we are full on pants up, coat on, purse on the lap on the toilet seat in the stall." @epal1983 noted, "This is the only reason I'm not down with coed bathrooms. The way we come together in the bathroom is unmatched!."

On a similar note, when u/UrbanChdili asked on Reddit, "What are some unspoken rules within the girl code?" women came up with uplifting responses. From relationship issues, family dramas or work stress, girls can share anything and everything with each other and receive the love and support they expect. They shared their enlightening suggestions in the comment section. "Lipstick on their teeth, eyeliner in the corner of their eye, skirt tucked into pantyhose. You let them know without making a huge deal about it," said u/trsegtrd.
u/Pnersty wrote, "I went out for my birthday. I wasn’t feeling great so I went to the bathroom in hopes of throwing up. My friend came with me and overheard that it was also someone else's birthday. The next thing you know the bar bathroom with 20+ girlies started singing us happy birthday. They completely turned my night around." u/BrightZoe shared, "Yes. The bathroom is the Hype Room. Compliment as many sisters as possible on how f****** great they look. One of the best times my friends and I have ever had was at a bar in San Antonio; we went to the bathroom together, quite tipsy, met about 15 other women there, all started talking and wound up staying in the bathroom partying for about an hour and brought in the bathroom attendant to hang with us. We have selfies of us and all of these women together. It was awesome."
