She states, "It says we're having a baby." The sister is very confused and looks around, saying, "All right, what does that even mean?" The arrival of a newborn is one of the happiest moments in a family. Courtney Harford (@shortneyharford) decided to give her husband, Sam, the best surprise in his life by letting him know that she was pregnant. She wrote in the caption, "After 3.5 years of infertility, being told we'd never be able to conceive a child on our own, it finally happened, against all our doctor's odds, all by ourselves. We can't believe it." Harford documented her husband's reaction to the news by setting up a camera in their house.

Sam entered the room and Harford told him that she had a gift for him. He asked why and she responded, "Because I just want to do something nice for you." The husband got excited and looked inside the paper bag that was lying on the kitchen counter. He found the pregnancy tests in the bag and continued to look at them in shock. The man was very emotional and hugged his wife lovingly with tearful eyes for a long time.
