When he was heading out to the Scottish highlands, he had no idea he'd be turning a wedding shoot into an impromptu sensation.

A dreamy wedding shoot is not possible without planning everything to the T. If you’re lucky, one of the best shots might just make its way to you. Aaron and Rachel King tied the knot in November 2025 in Scotland and were taking their wedding pictures as planned in the highlands, according to Supercar Blondie. That’s when they stumbled upon a stranger, William Wade, in the most iconic manner. In a clip shared on November 30, 2025, the man revealed that he rented a vintage Aston Martin DB5, a videographer, and a tuxedo to go all the way to the highlands and shoot the famous James Bond “Skyfall” shot. En route, he crashed the photo shoot and knew just how to make up for it.
In a previous post, he revealed that it was his dream to recreate the scene from the 2012 movie where James Bond, played by Daniel Craig, poses by the location. In another post, he noted that he paid over £2,000 ($2,653) for renting the car, the tuxedo, and other equipment, and headed straight for the highlands. As he was driving by, he spotted the newlyweds taking their pictures with their photographer. He congratulated them before asking on a whim, “Do you guys want an Aston shot?” The stoked couple immediately agreed.
Without further ado, the trio got into an impromptu shoot, with the Aston Martin parked in the background as the couple posed ahead of it. And as you can imagine, the results were heavenly. In yet another post, Wade revealed that though his trip didn’t go as planned, he loved every bit of it. “Crashed a wedding, nearly broke my ankle, became a local celebrity (for a day), nailed the photo, all in all a great trip,” he wrote in the caption. And yes, he definitely got the shot he came for. He shared it in his next post. And the results were jaw-dropping.
Initially, Wade had no idea who the couple was and posted the video with the hope of finding them. The internet did its thing, and Aaron came across the post, even extending his thanks in a comment. “It’s certainly a memory and story that will stick with us forever! I don't think we could have said yes any faster if we tried,” he wrote. Having a classy car is a trend in wedding shoots today. According to Future Market Insights, more and more couples are renting cars for weddings. As of 2026, the market stands at 2.2 billion dollars, and it is expected to significantly grow to 5.5 billion. Billion dollars by 2036.

It's not so much the transport as it is a “social custom” to have these luxury vehicles as a part of travel for the couple, and in some cases, even the entourage and the family. Intel Market Research found that even luxury photoshoots for other occasions are using sports cars and the top motors. The market demand is highest among millennials between the ages of 25 and 40 (58%). The highest demand is for Porsches for weekend getaways, followed by Lamborghinis for social media photoshoots. But to Wade and the Kings, it will be more than just a shoot. What an experience, ideally the best wedding crasher ever. @kseniyaberson wrote, “Not only does it look cool for their photos, but I’m sure they’ll remember it as a fun memory forever.” @dejdoeslondon added, “Lovely little touch letting a bro feel like the Scottish Bond on his wedding day!”
