Josh seemed to be at a cafe when he ran into Kevin, who was walking around with a crutch. He asks him, "You're riding a bike with a broken foot?" He states that he is, at which point Josh asks him if he also has to carry his crutch around with him on the cycle and Kevin answers affirmatively. The creator is astounded to hear about the man's valiant efforts and asks him if he's serious.

Kevin asks for some time while he slowly gets on the cycle. He goes on to reveal how he had only recently started using the crutches and before that, he would just limp into the store, which was very difficult. Josh points out that he was in dire need of a rack on his cycle so that he could carry his crutch around more easily. Kevin stated that he planned to install one immediately. We see Kevin fold up his crutch and keep it on the handlebar. Josh is shocked to see this and highlights how unsafe it is.
