This comes days after she was booed at the Super Bowl LVII as she cheered on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

As shown in the heartwarming video, the “Down Bad” singer was seemingly in a hurry while backstage at the event. One of the staff members greeted her with a smile, prompting Swift to respond immediately. As the singer’s entourage moved past a group of four staffers, she turned around to thank them for their work. She even moved closer to them and handed them an undisclosed amount of money as a way to show her gratitude. Notably, the backstage incident unfolded at the 67th Grammys afterparty on February 2, as reported by The Daily Mail.

Moreover, the 35-year-old renowned artist was seen interacting with the staff members. She not only appreciated their work but also boosted their morale by wholeheartedly tipping them. Swifties lauded their star for her positive approach toward life and the people around her. They acknowledged how, despite not winning any Grammy trophies this year, the singer kept her head high and didn’t turn bitter amid the recent controversies. “Taylor giving out tips to the workers at the Grammys afterparty—how can anyone hate her?” the fan account wrote in the description of the 15-second clip.

“Thank you so much for all your hard work,” Swift was heard saying to the workers at the Grammys afterparty. In response, one of the employees told her, “We appreciate you so much.” Through her unexpected gesture, the pop star brought a smile to the workers’ faces. Additionally, this was not the first time the singer displayed her kindness and spread positivity. According to the outlet, Swift has earned a reputation as a generous tipper over the years. Earlier, the pop star was spotted handing $100 tips to kitchen staff at a Chiefs game in December 2023.  

At another Chiefs game, she gave a $100 cash tip to a ticket taker named Jerris Rainey at Highmark Stadium in January 2024. After the employee received the generous tip from Swift, he reportedly described her as “a sweetie pie” and “very down to earth.” Meanwhile, the video garnered over 417k views.
