If you have ever been around twins, you probably would have heard of or experienced twin telepathy. This term refers to identical twins' ability to communicate and understand each other on a level that other people can not match. Twin sister creators Azra Mian and Aisha Mian—who go by @miantwins on TikTok—decided to do a telepathy test in a short video clip. The video has 67.4 million views and 8695 comments on the social media platform. The two women stand on either side of an open door while the cameraman asks them to do certain actions.

The door prevented both of them from seeing what the other was doing, making the test intriguing. The video starts with the cameraman remarking, "Okay, let's see how twin telepathy works." They are smiling and eager to see how they would perform. He starts by asking both of them to make a funny face. Interestingly enough, both women put up two fingers and stick their tongues out, with the only difference being that one closes her eyes while making a face. After this, he asks them to "smile big," and the twins respond with the most identical grins that they can muster.

He then says, "Put your finger on your face." The women turn out to be similar here as well, with both of them holding their right arm up and touching their index finger to their right cheek. The cameraman is very surprised to see this and starts laughing, which makes the twins curious about how they are doing. He proceeds to ask them to hold up a random number on their hands. This turns out to be one of the few tests where the twins begin to differ, with one picking four and the other picking one.

The twins are asked to tickle their faces following this, and they do so in the most similar manner, making the cameraman laugh out loud. The next test involved the twins turning around. The cameraman asked the twins to turn around to which both spin from the right. The cameraman then again asked them to turn around, this time both did a spin from their left. The next task focused on swimming. The cameraman asked the twins to act like they were swimming. The twins' actions though different, were still very much in sink with each other. The last task of the video included dancing. The twins were asked to show their best dance moves. When the twins did the different versions of the same dance step, the cameraman couldn't stop but chuckle.

People found the video very insightful and shared their thoughts on twin telepathy in the comments section. @ellavanhal said, "It's funny how when they turn around, they knew they had to do a full 360, too. This is in synch haha." @part.wolf shared, "My twin aunts bought the same dress in different states and were excited to show the other. It's real, real."
