Did Tyler Henry accurately predict that Ricki Lake and Ross Burningham would lose their home in the Los Angeles wildfires?
The New Year started with devastating news of a deadly wildfire tearing through Los Angeles. While the horrifying blaze has already claimed many lives and destroyed numerous properties, brave firefighters have put forward a persistent battle to prevent further loss. Several celebrities, including Mel Gibson, Jeff Bridges and Paris Hilton, also lost their homes in the fatal wildfires. Meanwhile, television host and actress Ricki Lake (@rickilake), who also lost her LA residence in the disaster, revealed that psychic medium Tyler Henry (@tylerhenrymedium) had predicted her loss months before it became a reality. Yes, you read that right! She posted a clip from her October appearance with her husband, Ross Burningham, on Tyler Henry’s show, "Live From the Other Side."
In the now-viral clip, which has amassed over 1 million views, Henry is seen hinting at the potential loss of material possessions due to fire and water. He states, "There might end up being a coincidence where not only do we lose something… I think this may have already happened. If there was a loss of material objects from both fire and water—and water, though, that's the kind of weird distinction. It's two separate things. So, we're going to end up finding that there's a story where there was a house fire or something along those lines, a fire risk! But, they're separate from that." Sharing the video, Lake urged her followers to watch the episode, streaming on Netflix.
She also extended her heartfelt prayers to everyone affected by the "ongoing nightmare" and revealed that the homes of Tyler Henry and Rachael Harris (@rachaelharris) were also at risk. The uncanny accuracy of Henry's prediction left many on social media stunned, as they watched it unfold into reality. For instance, @amberriley wrote, "He never ceases to amaze me. I was asked to do his show years ago, and I said, no, lol. I was too scared." @julievasquez commented, "Don't seek wisdom from psychics. Instead, turn to Jesus!!" Meanwhile, @kodybailleyparker added, "When it finally rains, there will be more water and mudslides. Drainage infrastructure is gone along with vegetation, which can make precipitation dangerous."
On the other hand, @ashleymunk said, "One of the hardest things to do as a psychic is deliver tough news or news that might be considered scary. Especially if we really love who the news is for. He saw what was coming and didn’t want it to be so. Sending you love through your completely devastating loss." @newcybersol wrote, "I love Tyler, but I don’t believe that’s what he was seeing. The California fires are a much bigger event, not just specific to Ricki. Plus, he talked a lot about water being the main destructor, which doesn’t fit. Maybe Tyler will answer." @liseallaintaylor wrote, "I just rewatched this episode last night because I remembered him saying something about a fire. I saw Tyler live last year and he was amazing! So sorry that he was correct about this. No doubt Tyler Henry. I hope he and his mom are okay. Sending love and prayers to you."
