This woman turns to her 80-year-old neighbors whenever she needs opinions on outfits

Aged people are loved for their wisdom and experience that they have to share. Often, their personalities and communication also hold a raw, filter-less fragment that makes up for mundane yet wholesome memories. Lara —who goes by @laraemmastylist on TikTok—has been enjoying this filter-less communication with her 80-year-old neighbors who have the most savage and mind-altering comments about her fits. The stylist who loves getting her neighbor’s opinion on her looks has gone viral for the aged couple’s striking feedback and perspectives. Lara posted a video wherein she was posing with a netted ruffle dress along with a coat styled to give a chic look.

As soon as Lara went to her supportive neighbor’s door to get their feedback, the 80-year-old woman opened the door and was immediately awestruck. “Oh my gosh you look absolutely brilliant,” the lady said. “Do you like it?” Lara asked. “I love it,” the woman said as she and her husband simply smiled while lovingly gazing at her. “Do you have a bra on?” the woman asked out of the blue. “No,” Lara responded with a chuckle. The adorable old man immediately pretended to cover his eyes while the woman gasped before letting out a chuckle herself too. “I don’t need one on this,” Lara explained. 

“My blood pressure’s gone up,” the man said sarcastically as the duo laughed with Lara. The couple immediately went viral for being so honest and open about their conversation with the stylist. Their reactions were pure, hilarious and raw and nothing beat the authenticity which was just the neighbor duo making beautiful memories. Lara began to then post all the couple’s reactions, seeing the internet mesmerized by the couple. @leahancybrooker said, “No need for a mirror with neighbors like that.” @jax_journey said, “I’m sure they look forward to your knocks,” and they most certainly do. In one of the videos Lara posted, the senior couple is seen sharing heartwarming encouragement. 

While Lara knocked on their door with an elegant white dress and a black coat this time, the duo had a hysterical set of comments to share. “Oh, glam! What glam, glam!” the old woman said, absolutely starstruck by Lara’s look. “Always hyping me up,” Lara wrote. “Love the boots!” the woman added. As soon as her husband joined her at the door to meet Lara, the duo let out an “Oooh,” being baffled by Lara’s confidence and beauty. “Give us a twirl,” the woman said, feeling wholesome. “Hope you ain’t got dandruff,” the woman mentioned, hinting towards Lara’s black coat. She and Lara shared a hearty laugh before the stylist replied, “I hope so too!”
