A teenager tricked her MAGA parents into disapproving of President Donald Trump by apprising her conservative parents of her plans to go on a date with someone who she described using Trump's characteristics. The teen, Faith (@faithashjuran), made a TikTok video of the conversation and it went viral. Her parents had no idea they were being recorded while she spoke to them about this guy she planned to see over the weekend. Her parents can be seen sitting on the couch and talking to her. The girl's mother seemed preoccupied with some papers but listens to her daughter.

Faith lays the foundation, stating, “Seems like he has a really good relationship with the Lord." She then starts giving more details on her date. "He does have a few sex assault allegations though.” Her parents are shocked and clearly worried why she would even consider someone with sexual assault allegations against them. For a second, her mother thinks she's pulling their leg but she asserts herself. “No, I’m serious.” Her mom responds, “Why would you date this guy if he has sexual assault allegations?” Faith responds to defend her date, stating “‘Cause there’s no proof!” Her father immediately interjects and tells his daughter, "Honey, you can't do that." Her parents are shocked by the nonchalance with which she was describing her date for the weekend and even before they could respond, she poured more fuel into the fire, “Also did a deep dive on his Twitter and he’s said some kinda racist stuff.”

Faith's father joins her mother in protesting against her going on this date. “Why would you even consider this?” asks her father and her mother adds, “With sexual assault allegations? That’s never good.” As her parents wait on her response to their suggestion, Faith lets the words hang in the air for a few seconds before delivering the sucker punch. “But you’d let a man like this run the country?” asks Faith, making it aware that she was only invoking Donald Trump's character to expose their hypocrisy. Her mother is not at all amused by Faith's little trick. Her dad is still confused but then her mother explains it, telling him that "she's pulling our leg.. and pulling a Trump card." Annoyed with the little trick, the woman asks her, "Seriously, Faith?” She had succeeded in exposing the hypocrisy of her MAGA parents but they still wouldn't see the "sexual assault allegations" and "racism" as a slight against Trump. One Twitter user wrote, "The saddest part to me is you can see the critical thinking stop as soon as they realize it’s political. They cease thinking for themselves and allow tribalism to take over despite being presented with a fair and rational argument. They didn’t even try to defend it." Another Twitter user concurred, writing, "Yup. It’s an interesting experiment because it proves that they only care if it directly affects them."

At least 43 women have accused Trump of sexual misconduct, assault, or rape, according to The Independent. Trump's Presidential campaign was thrown into jeopardy after an Access Hollywood tape surfaced showing Trump making derogatory comments about women. "I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. When you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything,” Trump can be heard saying in the tape to host Billy Bush. Trump's comments about women in interviews appear to be part of a pattern. For one, sexualizing his own daughter, Ivanka Trump. “Don’t you think my daughter’s hot? She’s hot, right?" Trump asked the then-Miss Universe about his 16-year-old daughter, reported The Independent. He also claimed that he would be dating her if she wasn't his daughter. It appears Trump supporters don't want their daughters dating someone like Trump but still approve of him to be President of the United States.
