The post is a series of screenshots of the various messages that the teacher has received. In the first photo, a student asks him to "scoop" them out of a class because it is "mad boring ong." He does not give in to the student's request at which point they again insist that he "fake come scoop" them from the class. Another screenshot involves a student letting him know that they are on the wrong field trip. The teacher writes in the text overlay that this is the first time he lost a kid. When he asks the students where they are, they casually reply that they have signed up for two field trips.

The next email that follows is much more elaborate. It reads, "Sorry to disturb you Saturday, but I have a question. Can I get sick eating a few days expired bread (Just so you know I didn't know it was expired until after I ate it)." It hilariously concludes with the student saying, "Respond when you can. Don't be shocked if I'm sick." Another student sends him a message, asking when they can "pull up." The teacher immediately replies that he is not going to hang out with them.

There are a few short yet hilarious messages too. One involves a student letting him know that they managed to bench 135 pounds on an incline benchpress. Another message has a student imploring the teacher to make sure he gets his "protein synthesis in" along with the picture of an apple with a face on it. The teacher also gets recommendations from his students as one of them sends him a picture of lactose-free milk, commenting that it is much better than regular milk.

As we go through the screenshots, there are some emails of the students begging him not to fail them. They tell him that they turned in their presentation "muddy" but that they did not want to fail. It then goes back to more absurd life updates from students, including one where they inform him that they are eating yogurt in the hall again. The wholesome post ends with the teacher taking a selfie with all of his students, expressing that he loves them all very much.
