Taylor Swift has countless fans all around the globe and each day, her songs work miracles to bring people together. One Swiftie mom got an overwhelming response from the TikTok audience after she posted a video and directly addressed Swift in it. Ginny Blair—who goes by @saywhaaatt1 on TikTok—recorded an honest message for the "Blank Space" singer and told her how much Swift's songs meant to her and her daughter.

“Hey, Taylor. I am Ginny. I’ve been a fan forever. We’re the same age, so I grew up with you. You, like, sang about my life growing up,” Blair said in her video, “And now, I have a 9-year-old daughter who is everything and she looks up to you for everything and your song ‘Mean’ is getting her through the bullies at school.” Blair also disclosed that her daughter admitted having more fun with her mother this year than ever before. All thanks to Swift and the music she creates.

“And I know why. It’s because we have had so much fun surrounding you,” Blair said, fighting tears. The mom and her daughter had attended Swift's recent "Eras Tour" in different cities and they have even seen her concert film five times in the theater. “We got the buckets and we got the merch and we have had so much fun and then just the other night we rented the movie and ordered a pizza and lounged and had a movie night watching ‘The Eras Tour,’” Blair revealed. “For my daughter to sit there and say, ‘I’ve had the best year with you’ regarding I am a single mom. I work every day. That means so much to me,” she continued sobbing as she spoke.

“But the most fun I’ve had this year is belting in the car and watching my daughter flourish,” Blair added. “I just wanted you to know that you have changed my heart and have brought my daughter and me closer together,” Blair concluded. Little did she know that Swift herself would notice her video and show up in her TikTok comment section to leave a sweet message for the mother and daughter.

"You just reminded me of why this year has been so special. I’m so moved by what you said. It reminds me of me and my mom and the memories we made at that age. Thank you so much for sharing this. Being vulnerable enough to share your true emotions is a beautiful thing. Happy Holidays," Swift commented. It was indeed an unbelievable moment for Blair, as she started tagging her friends and family to notice the comment Swift left for her.

@lordeswifey joked, "I love you tagging everyone immediately is exactly what I’d be doing." @realwolfiesmom wrote, "This is the absolute sweetest! I’m so happy for you and your daughter. Yes, Taylor Swift truly brings people together, she’s magical!" @carisa_explains_nothing added, "This is why I am a Taylor Swift fan. I know when she sees this, it will mean so much to her. She brings more joy than she knows. Also, you’re an amazing mom!" Ginny made yet another follow-up video featuring her daughter in a car while they jam along to Swift's "Is It Over?" track while reacting enthusiastically to her sweet comment in the previous video.

According to TODAY, 34-year-old Swift has always spoken out about the close bond she shares with her mom, Andrea. She created "The Best Day" back in 2008, which was a tribute to her mom's love and support for her as she grew up. Another 2019 song titled "Soon You'll Get Better" was also dedicated to her mom, which was about her mother's cancer diagnosis and in 2020 she was also diagnosed with a brain tumor.
