Star Wars fan introduces himself to his neighbor in the most hilarious and creative way

Though fantasy lovers may seem nerdy to others, they just dwell in their love for fictional worlds with no care about other's opinions. Some even have a house full of such collections and ardently attend cosplay conventions like Comic Con. No matter how old they are, like kids, they simply love the world of fantasy more than their reality. One such fantasy lover became an internet sensation when he got into a randomly funny duel on the street with his friend. Star Wars fan Blake Thom—who goes by @cloned_to_snug on TikTok—posted the dueling video, which went viral after his spouse reposted it months later.

Thom was a cosplay enthusiast who loved to dress up like "Star Wars" and Marvel characters. In this video, he was seen standing on one side of the street with his neighbor on the other set to have a "Star Wars" type fight. Both of them had a cool lightsaber and imitated the fighting styles from the fantasy movie. In fact, one of them leaped dramatically, like in the movies, to attack his opponent. Seeing two fully grown adults playing during the night like kids with light sabers in the middle of the street was quite amusing. "Yah, you could say it was a pretty crazy Saturday night," Thom captioned the video with the "Duel of the Fates" theme music from "Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace" playing in the background.

Thom's video grabbed massive attention on the internet when it was reshared by his spouse @ms_capricornxo. It was probably due to the hilarious caption added to Thom and his neighbor's amusing duel. "When you look out the window to see your husband introducing himself to the neighbor," read the caption. With nearly 6 million views, this video garnered over 5900 comments, with many "Star Wars" fans excited to join the guys in the duel. While people were simply amused by the men's silliness, some were curious about who won the battle, to which the spouse replied that the one with the blue lightsaber won.

Another ardent Star Wars fan caught the internet's attention when he delivered a "Star Wars" wedding speech as the bride's father. This video was shared by Paper Cranes Weddings—who goes by @papercranes_weddings on Instagram—where the bride's father began his speech by saying, "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, Alicia was my only hope." He then picked up a lightsaber from under the table and added, "Andrew, protect my daughter from the dark side and don't let anyone steal your plans." This dad simply proved that 'once a Star Wars fan, always a Star Wars fan' and his speech got the wedding guests cracking up.
