Small business owner leaves people in stitches with the 'most embarrassing' review her shop received

Charlotte, the owner of Bohemian Forest Designs, shared the funny review on TikTok. Her shop specializes in making rustic signs, and the review was for a Mother's Day Mama Bear Wood Slice Wall Hanging that costs £10 (about $12). The review pointed out an unfortunate flaw in the design: a knot in the wood was placed right on the bear's bottom, inspiring the reviewer's family to dub it the "butt hole bear."

The review stated that while the recipient loved her Mother's Day gift, her daughter was very upset about the placement of the knot. Charlotte shared that she messaged the reviewer and offered her a free replacement as an apology.

Charlotte's reaction to the review was captured in the TikTok video, showing her looking mortified. However, she also found humor in the situation and captioned the clip with, "At least she still gave me five stars."

After the review went viral, Charlotte decided to take the reviewer's advice and tweak the design, so that the bear wouldn't be scaring any more little girls. However, the original design was still made available for purchase for anyone who liked the cheeky version.
