Siblings have the cutest reaction to seeing their baby sister for the first time in the hospital

For every child, the moment they get to see their newborn sibling is a truly special moment. Knowing that one is going to become a big brother or sister is a momentous step for any child. There is also a sense of wonder upon meeting the newborn. Instagram mom Haley Moore (@halesmoore) shared a video where her two older kids, Kove and Rosie, reacted to their newborn baby sister, Haven. The video has amassed 108 million views and 6 million likes on the social media platform.

In the heartwarming video, we see the older sister and younger brother holding hands and entering the hospital room to see their baby sister. What makes it even more adorable is that they have t-shirts with "Big Sis" and "Big Bro" inscribed on them. Moore tells them, "She's waiting for you." They hurry to Haven's bedside and are charmed by how cute the baby looks. Her older brother, Kove, gives the mother a little bunny as a gift to Haven.

The parents let Kove gently caress the baby's cheeks and Moore remarks, "She's looking at you." They let Kove hold the newborn for a while and he couldn't look happier. Rosie is sitting right next to him and they continue to look at their baby sister in awe. Rosie slowly lifts up the baby's head so Kove can give her an adorable peck on the cheek. Kove cuddles her for a while, after which Rosie asks him, "Bub, can it be my turn now?" Rosie gleams with happiness as she holds Haven in her arms.

The father takes off the baby's hat and Rosie is quite surprised to see that she has quite a bit of hair. Kove touches it and comments, "Yeah, and it's really soft." The video concludes with Rosie suggesting, "We should maybe brush it soon." People absolutely loved the video and shared their thoughts in the comments section. @gnhersil89 said, "She looks so content with her brother and sister. She feels safe in their arms."

A few months back,  dad named Willy (@willshizzle) shared another video of a brother meeting his baby sister for the first time. People around him were expecting him to say something wholesome or profound after becoming a big brother, but what he ended up saying was really funny. The video starts with the boy holding the newborn in his arms. People around the boy told him things such as, "You're a big brother. That's your baby sister," and "What do you think?"

The boy does not immediately reply to any of these queries and takes his time to observe his baby sister. But something about his sister sparked his curiosity and he said, "She doesn't have any arms." It turns out that the boy was looking at his sister and trying to figure out where her arms were located. Upon hearing the boy's innocent observation, the parents start laughing. The baby's arms were not visible because she was wrapped in a swaddle and the boy had made an innocent assumption based on this.
