Quarantine blues getting to you? Fear not, Robin Williams is here to shoo 'em all away. Thanks to The Robin Williams Estate and Time Life, the iconic actor and comedian's evergreen legacy is now available on YouTube to bring some much-needed laughs into our lives at the moment. The Official Robin Williams YouTube Channel launched on April 1, featuring moments from the Mrs. Doubtfire star's memorable stand-up shows and interviews with his friends and family.

"While Robin Williams started performing stand-up comedy in the mid-70s, most of America first fell in love with him as the naïve and hilarious alien from the planet Ork in Mork & Mindy. He became an instant superstar and went on to do five HBO stand-up specials and dozens of feature films. Robin performed steadily for nearly four decades—from comedy clubs to stadiums, from talk shows to USO tours—and continually amazed audiences with his frenetic energy and unbelievably quick wit," the channel description states.

"The Official Robin Williams YouTube Channel celebrates the life and comic genius of Robin Williams. Whether you know Robin from the stage or from the screen, as a comedian, an alien, or a genie – be prepared to laugh and cry at these unforgettable and hilarious performances by Robin."

In one of the uploaded clips, Williams' manager David Steinberg speaks of the workings of the iconic comedian's brain. "I think the freedom that he had in his head from the mundane things—of having to do something to survive—I think that genius is what allowed him to go to places and combine things," Steinberg says in the excerpt. "He could put things together that were strange bedfellows. But once they finished going through his head and out of his mouth, it became to people like steak and potatoes. 'How could I not see this?' He would make those leaps in his head that you couldn't make if you were thinking about when do I pick up my laundry."

The channel also features Williams' famous "Spark of Madness" speech from his first HBO special, 1978's Off the Wall. "You got to be crazy. It’s too late to be sane. You’ve got to go full-tilt bozo," the star says in the emotional clip. "Because you’re only given a little spark of madness, and if you lose that, you're nothing. Don't. From me to you, don't ever lose that, because it keeps you alive."

According to Good Morning America, a brand new clip will be added to the channel each week. "What a great time to enjoy the gift of Robin's genius. Who doesn't need a laugh?" Steinberg said in a statement, referencing the current global health crisis and widespread low morale. Fans interested in seeing Williams' stand-up performances their entirety can check out Life's Robin Williams: Comic Genius DVD Collection, the massive 50-hour collection of the late comedian's work that was launched by TimeLife—the same group that now brings us this YouTube Channel in collaboration with the Robin Williams Estate—in 2018.
