The Method Man couldn't take his eyes off the electrifying way in which the interpreter managed to perform the entire rap via sign language and it's honestly fire.
Music is uniquely crafted to enrich and soothe the soul like nothing else. Everyone deserves to experience this art, regardless of disabilities. To ensure that people can enjoy the authenticity of music from their favorite artists, interpreters take the side stage and help relay the lyrics and rhythm as best as possible. At a recent concert, famous rapper Method Man from the Wu-Tang Clan watched as an interpreter superbly translated his music for a deaf fan, delivering a performance that went beyond fabulous. @ShotbyLu shared a glimpse of the same on Twitter and it is visible that even the Method man himself couldn’t help but respect the same.
In the video, the Wu-Tang Clan is seen up on stage rendering the most electrifying version of “Can It All Be So Simple,” while the fans are applauding, cheering and vibing to the fullest. The Method Man stopped to get a sip of water and spotted the interpreter busy at work right beside the stage as she effortlessly used sign language to relay the rap to the fans. Her performance was electric, perfectly syncing the timing, lyrics, and every nuance of the rap with the artists on stage. The fans could easily not only grasp but also experience the rap in real time thanks to her infectious and super edgy performance. She performed the entire rap word for word as the artist performed it with an aura and style that left fans bedazzled. Her speed was on par with Wu-Tang and she was going off while enjoying herself too.
Method Man noticed her and was instantly impressed by her rapid movements, professionalism, and vibrant energy. As he got his drink of water, he couldn’t help but admire the way the woman was to the beat. He even sang along during the rap gazing at the interpreter as she did her job and was impressed beyond measure. He even tried hyping her and the crowd as he looked at the wonderful energy she displayed. As soon as the rap portion ended, the Method Man yelled inaudibly to cheer her on before he could get back to his performance. People applauded the woman for her skills and energy because she delivered more than just sign language, she delivered a live concert with the same energy to those who didn’t have the privilege of hearing the music, sounds, ambiance and artists.
That is fire to see your art get interpreted real time like that. I feel him. Lol.
