Most people tend to view property managers as people who want to exploit tenants. While this may be true for some, not all property managers are greedy. Many of them want to do their job correctly and ensure that residents in their building live comfortably with basic amenities adequately taken care of. Lexie Firment—who goes by @missfirment on TikTok—had the privilege of having an excellent property manager in the building she stayed at and shared an incident about her in a video on the platform.

She excitedly begins the video by sharing that there's "drama" in her apartment complex leasing office. Lexie details how she woke up to an email that was sent out at 8 PM by her building manager. However, she points out why it's strange, saying, "Our leasing office closes at 6." It was found from a fellow tenant's comment that the manager's name was Andrea.

The late email even had an exciting subject line titled, "Love you all." Upon seeing this, Lexie was quick to identify that there was some drama going on. "I knew it was gonna be good," she says. The basic gist was that one of the property managers in her building was being "pushed out" by corporate. The employee who was being let go decided to send a very detailed email that listed all the things she had done for the building and the tenants. Lexie opens a screenshot of the mail with all the points and sarcastically remarks how they live in a "luxury" apartment paying $2000 a month. According to her, the building manager has sincerely tried rectifying all the issues listed.

Lexie points out that the manager has managed to make some changes, with maintenance staff beginning to respond under her supervision. The crux of the email comes after the list, where the manager writes the names and "cell phone numbers of every corporate person." The manager sarcastically writes, "Don't hesitate to call them at all hours of the night. I'm sure they would love to hear from you for all your problems that your apartment complex has." The email ended with another "Love you all. You know where to find me if you need a hug."

The post has gained over 80.3K likes on the platform, with more than 400 comments. @abbiekoch, who works as a property manager, commented, "As a property manager, I FEEL THIS! We try so hard only to be cut down by corporate and we get made to be the bad guys! She's iconic!" Another manager, @sydney_beeee, shared, "As someone who works in the apartment space, this is a dream ending to a job. Love it for her."

A resident within the same building, @kevenvskev, commented, "I live in the same complex!! I was so shocked when that email came through! Andrea is a nice lady! I hate they did her like that." @h0ld_the_mayo shared a similar incident, "I had an old manager do this and she finished it by saying, see you, I'm doing donuts in the company car before returning it."
