Gabrielle Union teaches daughter Kaavia the power of self-love with positive affirmations

“Being Mary Jane” actress Gabrielle Union has shared an inspiring video on her Instagram, featuring her and her 4-year-old daughter Kaavia trading affirmations. Kaavia is a daughter of Union and her husband, former professional basketball player Dwyane Wade. Wade, who is also the father of Zaire, 21, Zaya, 15, and Xavier, 9, from previous relationships, has been a supporter of his children's self-esteem.

And just that being myself is the best technique out there.” Zaya also noted that her family is “such a giant support system.” “No matter what happens, I feel strongest when I’m with them,” she said.
