Having a pet can be one of the most comforting parts of life. After a stressful day, spending time with them helps you unwind. But that comfort comes with some hilarious challenges for the pet parent—like dealing with their tantrums if you forget to feed them or leave them alone too long. Cats That Heal Your Depression (@Catshealdeprsn), an account on X, shared a video in which a cat was seen staring at the CCTV camera in different instances but for the same reason.

The text overlay reads, "I forgot to feed my cat and saw this on the camera." The 10-second video begins with the cat staring directly into the camera. The entire clip feels like a scene straight out of a parody horror film. In the next frame, the animal is seen sitting closer to the camera but with the same posture and look. Then, the pet sits in the center of the frame and gives a death stare. The same thing continues and the cat is seen staring into the camera from the left and then the right side on different days. It seemed like it was trying to convey its disappointment to its pet parent and it was apparent by the scary stares the pet was giving.

The video is captioned, "When you forget to feed your cat." It garnered 3.6 million views on X. People in the comments found the whole situation funny. @Nogales_fogales joked, "He's secretly planning his revengeful murder." @genedarkwrites wrote, "I have never forgotten to feed my cat. Even when getting up meant immediately puking. I got up, puked, cleaned my face, gave her food and water and then crawled back into bed." @sami_g_2023 commented, "I can understand the feeling. Once, I was left like this when my wife went shopping." @gayleyergeau shared, "Mine stalk me in the morning. They move closer and closer to me every time I turn my back on them!" @enrg42 said, "Nah. Cat starts reminding you of mealtime hours in advance. No chance of 'forgetting.'"

In another similar story, a woman shared that she was away from her work desk for a while and when she came back, she saw her cat rambling on in the work chat that was left open on the computer. The most interesting part was that her colleagues understood that it was their colleague's cat, Persey, so they even responded to her. The cat typed a series of "+" along with some dots and 6's. The coworkers replied to her saying, "You're so right," "Good girl" and "Oh! We are blessed." The woman shared a picture of Persey looking unfazed sitting next to the desktop. People online were also impressed by the cat.

@N_O0OmegaQ commented, "She looked upset like you came back before she was able to finish her discussion. Give her back the keyboard so she can finish." @MrCastorBurglar wrote, "She was doing so well, but be cautious she may have been plotting." @Fogiefierce shared, "I don't know what's funnier. The fact that they instantly knew it was the cat or the fact that they held the conversation till you came back."
