Meeting Paul Rudd is a dream for many and getting him to be a part of personal projects is something that many can't even think of. But he is not just a superstar but also a man with a golden heart. The affable superstar made everyone's heart melt when he agreed to feature in a fan's music video. The fan was Claud, who met Rudd at Taylor Swift's Era Concert. Claud, who uses the pronouns they and them, picked up the courage to talk to the actor and the rest was history. Paul was super friendly and he enthusiastically discussed music with the fan. Claud also informed him of one of the songs they have on their album, which is titled "Paul Rudd." The actor was flattered and gave the singer his email ID so that he could listen to the song. The conversation resulted in Paul Rudd featuring in one of Claud's songs titled "A Good Thing."

Claud is an Indie artist who has been signed with Phoebe Bridgers' Saddest Factory Records. They have garnered immense popularity for songs like "Soft Spot" and "Wish You Were Gay". Initially, they were producing songs under the pseudonym 'Toast'. They dropped their EP in 2018 while still in their first year of the college. The next year, they dropped out of college in order to pursue music. The first full-fledged album released by the artist was "Super Monster." They followed it up with "Supermodels," which was released on July 14.

The Eras tour has been stealing the limelight for one reason or another. Be it Taylor Swift's exhilarating performances or Lautner's gymnastic moves, there has been no lack of memorable moments. For Claud, it was meeting Paul Rudd and discussing their music with him. Through a TikTok, Claud explained the entire sequence of events. "He was so nice about it and he gave me his email and he was like, 'Send it to me! I'd love to hear your album'." Thereafter, they began to explain the meaning behind the Paul Rudd song which was beautiful, to say the least. The song is Claud's attempt at envisioning themselves as a "cool and confident" personality. Therefore, the song's namesake is Paul Rudd, who embodies all these qualities, in Claud's opinion.

Claud then shared how Paul loved the song and responded with encouragement. The actor loved the entire album so much that he agreed to the proposition of featuring in one of the songs of the album. In the video, Paul is seen in a mailman's uniform, giving a moving monologue about a ferret that has been visually impaired. The artist was appreciative of Paul and the attitude he showed during the making of the video. The actor took a whole day out of his busy schedule for Claud's song. He was on the set for five hours and he ended up having a fantastic day filled with laughter with the team.

The comment section was filled with appreciative comments for Claud. @dustingenereux was impressed by Paul Rudd and commented, "Paul Rudd doing wholesome side quests!" @teachingadhdllamas loved hearing about the whole exchange and wrote, "This made my life. To know Paul Rudd is Paul Rudd."
