Before the event started, Pohler posed on the red carpet with Aubrey Plaza who portrayed the role of April Ludgate in the series.
The fans had witnessed yet another "Park and Recreation" reunion at the 2023 Screen Actors Guild Awards. And this time, it was Leslie Knope and Ben Wyatt, or the actors who played it - Amy Poehler and Adam Scott. The duo, which co-starred in the series from 2009 to 2015, were seen onstage to present the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series, according to Huffington Post. The two engaged in a playful feud before announcing Jean Smart as the winner for her performance in the comedy-drama, "Hacks." Poehler and Scott were a married couple on the show. Scott says, "I just want to say I’m thrilled to be here.” Poehler, without hesitating, tells him, "Yeah, well it's pretty hard to tell Adam." Then she said, "You're on a hit drama so you're very dramatic now."
She then tells him to “go smoke cigarettes and wear a leather jacket with all the drama people.” Scott responds, "Maybe I will because it's impossible to get a real moment with any of you comedy types." Poehler smiles and says, "Your mother's butt." Poehler and Scott were not the only attendees from the show's cast at the SAGs this year. Before the event started, Pohler posed on the red carpet with Aubrey Plaza, who portrayed the role of April Ludgate in the series. Once both Poehler and Scott returned to their seats, Plaza made sure to photobomb their snapshots.
There have been rumors that the cast is up for a reboot, but nothing has been announced yet. In 2018, when Ellen DeGeneres asked Poehler and Nick Offerman if they would be resurrecting their characters again. Poehler excitedly said, "Anytime." Offerman joked, “We said that if Beyoncé will play the mayor, we’ll bring the show back.” This year, the show's co-stars have met a number of times. In January, Plaza and Poehler reprised their iconic character for a "Weekend Update" segment on the "Saturday Night Live" Show in which they joked about the pros and cons of local governments. This month, Poehler and Plaza met Rashida Jones and Kathryn Hahn to celebrate "Galentine's Day," a tradition from the show. Jones shared a selfie with the co-stars on her Instagram and captioned it, "Happy Galentine's Day from the original Gals!"

Though Hanh did not appear regularly on the show but did have a multi-season stint playing a political consultant Jennifer Barkley on "Parks and Recreation." She was also part of the season finale.
