When their son's temper tantrum gained traction on the internet, parents decided to recreate the moment and it's amusing.
One of the most difficult duties as a parent is handling the child's temper tantrums. Just like adults, children too have bad days and the most common way of expressing it is through tantrums. While many parents find it hard to keep their calm in such situations, some have aced the way to handle it. Recently, one Alaskan family (who goes by Skies The Limit on TikTok) gained traction for their hilarious temper tantrum videos. It all started when the couple's son Grady threw a tantrum that was caught on security camera.
In September last year, the family posted a video of Grady and his mom getting ready to go out in the morning. Turns out, Grady was not so excited about the morning and refused to wear his jacket when his mom asked him to. "I don't wanna wear my stupid jacket, Mom," he yelled as he walked out the door and when his mom insisted, he simply lost his temper. In a shrieking voice, Grady screamed at the doorstep, "I don't wanna put my stupid jacket on." When his mom calmly but sternly asked him, "What did you say?" the boy said with a blank expression, "Nothing." His mom threw the jacket to him and the boy, who was still not out of his anger, slammed the jacket multiple times on the hand railing of their porch and started frantically shaking the railing. The family shared this video from a hilarious point of view, titled "When you haven't had your morning coffee." "We have all had days like this," the caption read.

With over 82 million views, this video seemed hilarious to many, especially the son pulling himself together when his mom asked, "What did you say?" and then losing it. Following this massive attention, the mom recreated this video by playing her angry son's part. "If moms acted like their kids," the caption read and the same situation was reenacted with the son playing the role of his mom. As the son insisted the mom wear her jacket because it was cold outside, the mom hilariously mimicked her son screaming, "I don't want to put my stupid jacket on!" And then she went on to imitate the "jacket assault" and her son's vigorous attack on the railing too.
The mom's video overtook the son's, gaining nearly 100 million views. "You don't need a DNA test to prove they're the same bloodline because that was a perfect impersonation of both," wrote @n.7ls. "I think she forgot her morning coffee again," joked @_alan.brito. "Parents that can joke around and kids that can recognize their silliness at such a young age make great people. They can laugh at their mistakes," commented @iicanbeurangle. Many opined that the "remake (video) is better than the original."

The fun didn't end there. Around a month later, the dad also hopped onto the remake wagon. In the dad's version, the same scene was recreated perfectly but there happened to be a twist in the end. Right after the temper tantrum, when the dad mimicked the son taking his anger on the railing, he might've gone a little too fierce. After suffering the wrath of the mom and the son, the railing couldn't handle it anymore and eventually gave up when the dad shook it frantically. This added an amusing twist to the whole remake series which has left the internet in stitches. "The fence was like, 'Not today'," commented @kiarenn_loves_volleyball and @baby_thunderbolt added: "This is the funniest one to me."
