Introducing our parents to some mouthwatering dish or a restaurant they've never tried before is a memorable experience for every offspring. Grace Park, the creator behind the @crazykoreancooking TikTok page, experienced this firsthand when she decided to take her parents out to dine on some foreign delicacies for the first time. Park wanted her parents to have a nice Italian dining experience at Olive Garden, the popular American casual dining restaurant chain specializing in Italian–American cuisine.

Park gave some hilarious insight into the experience in the caption of a since-viral video of their dinner. It read: "I thought Olive Garden would be a fun classic American experience for mom and dad. The moment dad heard about never-ending breadsticks and salads, he formed a solid strategy for this meal. I wanted to film them eating leftovers the next day, but by the time I got up, it was already gone."

In the video, we see Park open the menu and inform her parents that the bread and salads are free of cost. The news appears to come as a pleasant surprise to her father who gets visibly excited about the meal. She also announces that these items can be ordered unlimitedly. The family clinks their glasses of free wine samples as Park's father jokes how "free is delicious." However, Park's mom steals his thunder when she quietly responds with: "If you like free, you will go bald." Her father also appears mesmerized by the way the restaurant's server grates cheese on top of their meals.

Park's father even makes an experimental bite consisting of bread, salad, pepperoncini and alfredo sauce, along with some chilli flakes. As he takes a hearty bite out of his creation, he doesn't fail to compliment Olive Garden for the food they serve. Park's dad then tries the fried mozzarella stick and plays around with the long cheese pull as her mom tries the bread in the same way her father did.

Park's parents continue to feast on the side dishes as she informs them that the main dishes are yet to arrive. "Cancel the main dishes," her father immediately jokes. As the main dishes arrive, her mom appears to have mixed feelings about the shrimp and pasta. Park is amazed by how much her father seems to enjoy the free side dishes. "The Bible says, man shall not live by bread alone, but that doesn't mean 'don't eat bread,'" her father jokes while making another food wrap with bread and lasagna.

Just as Park expected, her mom packs up the leftovers to have a "yummy lunch the next day." Social media users were left in splits at the Park family's Olive Garden dining adventure. @ladybug71321 commented, "Watching your parents brings me so much joy. Between the salad sandwich and the laughter at having lunch for tomorrow, it makes me so happy." @tiktokcantstop12 quipped, "They were so excited by the free salad and bread at the beginning that by the time the mains arrived, they were feeling so stuffed that anything less than a 10/10 dish wasn't appealing."

@erica_shelt noted, "Now I need to go to Olive Garden so that I can try the breadstick, salad and Alfredo sauce combo." @briannarodrigues460 joked, "I've never seen someone go so feral for Olive Garden and makes me think I might not be doing it big enough." @h.acreman wrote, "The way your parents eat the food in their way is just the absolute cutest thing ever! I also want to start trying my favorite foods like this!!"
