Children are the most curious beings and watching their views and understanding of the world take shape day by day is one of the most rewarding things. An NYC school teacher Alyssa Cowit and Greg Dunbar, digital marketing manager with Walt Disney Studios, have started a project to document what actually goes through kids' minds. Sometimes they're brilliant, sometimes curious, sometimes completely random but that's what makes them so beautiful. The project titled Live from Snack Time showcases brilliant quotes from children. The Instagram account already has more than 575,000 followers. "Children are honest and curious, and while often perplexed, they’re brilliant," said Alyssa. "The way the students were responding to my teaching was too good not to share," she told The Huffington Post. "Their thoughts are genuine and pure. The way they think out loud and try to figure out the world in a creative way makes me love my job so much! They keep me laughing from the second I walk in the door until I leave."
