Kids say the darndest things, and yet they are so effortlessly funny and even profound. The unconditioned mind of a child is one of the most imaginative things ever and an Instagram account can testify to that. "Live from Snack Time," an account run by an NYC school teacher Alyssa Cowit, documents children's quotes and it's so full of hope. Cowit believes children are "honest and curious, and while often perplexed, they’re brilliant." Cowit believes it's a teacher's job to take kids seriously and find their ways of thinking and expressing their thoughts. Along with a friend of hers, Greg Dunbar, who works in digital marketing for Walt Disney Studios, they have created a bigger platform for Live from Snack Time and even penned a book on children's thoughts and quotes. The pair believe they can help adults understand that children "aren't just seeking attention, but also think out loud, soaking up new information, and solving problems 24/7."
