New mom praises her postpartum body in all its adult diaper-wearing glory: 'Thank you, body'

"The Bachelor" alum Vanessa Grimaldi loves her new look. The 35-year-old, who gave birth to her son Winston Franco Wolfe late last month, took to Instagram over the weekend to share a candid look at her life as a new mom. Posting a black-and-white video of herself serenading the infant, Grimaldi described her postpartum look as her favorite outfit to date. In the video, the Season 21 winner is seen sporting a bra and an adult diaper as she sways side to side with Winston in her arms. "My fav outfit I've ever worn to date," she captioned the clip.

"My Postpartum look: Greasy hair, adult diapers, chapped lips, a glowing smile, love in my eyes, a beaming heart, and a body that gave me the most beautiful gift, my baby boy," Grimaldi continued in the body-positive post. "I've never been more grateful, more proud, and more confident in my skin — thank you body for all that you can do and continue to do. For all that you KNOW to do." Grimaldi and her husband Josh Wolfe announced the birth of their first child last month, revealing that she was 41 weeks and a day when her water broke, requiring her to undergo a C-section. The baby boy was born at 7 lbs. and 9 oz.

According to PEOPLE, Grimaldi was originally scheduled to be induced on October 1. However, with her water breaking earlier than anticipated, her son was born on September 29, a day before her 35th birthday. The new family of three celebrated the joyous occasion by watching "Hocus Pocus 2" at a Montreal hospital. The new mom announced the news on Instagram with a photo of her and Wolfe holding their newborn in the hospital, writing: "Nothing will beat my 35th birthday! Our little miracle decided to be born one day before mommy's birthday, so we celebrated his BIRTH date and my 35th at the hospital as a new family! Mommy & Daddy LOVE you SO SO much!!! Thank you for choosing us and for giving us the BEST gift of all - being YOUR parents!"

Grimaldi first announced news of her pregnancy on Instagram with a series of stunning black-and-white maternity shots. "Sorry I've been MIA. I’ve been busy creating baby Wolfe’s tiny little fingers & toes," she captioned the post. Grimaldi and Wolfe tied the knot in August 2021 in an intimate ceremony at the Le Mount Stephen Hotel—just outside of Montreal, Canada, the pair's hometown—in the presence of their close family. "Josh is the best partner to have in life and I feel so grateful," she said at the time. "I know we're going to be together forever." The pair first began dating in 2019, two years after Grimaldi and "The Bachelor" star Nick Viall called off their five-month engagement.
