Surrogates are a blessing to so many people who are unable to conceive due to various reasons. They grow the child in their womb for nine months and go through the pain of delivering them. The joy they bring to some families is unfathomable to those who haven't experienced it firsthand. Sarrah Strimel Bentley–who goes by @sarrahstrimelbentley on TikTok–shared a heartwarming video in which her son met their surrogate for the first time after she birthed him. It sure seemed like the child felt a special connection with the woman.

The video begins with the mom handing the baby to Whitney, her surrogate, who lost no time wrapping the adorable infant in a hug. She smiled the entire time she held him. The text overlay reads, "This gorgeous angel carried our baby for us for nine months." The baby also looks calm while he is in her hands. In the next scene, Whitney keeps looking at the child's face with love and dancing with him, holding one of his tiny hands. The text reads, "And now she's seeing him for the first time since his birth."

Towards the end of the emotional video, the woman can be seen talking to the baby and later, the infant starts to play with Whitney's daughter. "We are one big family and always will be...," reads the text overlay. Then, Whitney's son also walks in and gives the baby his hand and he holds it. The text overlay reads at the end, "Because of her gift to us, this miracle baby has the best and biggest family of all." The song "This Will Be," by Natalie Cole plays in the background throughout the video.

The video is captioned, "Surrogacy is love. When I lost so much due to breast cancer, losing the ability to carry my one precious embryo was the biggest heartbreak of all. What I couldn't have known at the time is that I gained so much more. Not only do James and I have the son we had prayed for for so long, but Whitney and her family are now our family. We now have more love than we ever thought we could."

@sarrahstrimelbentley Surrogacy is love❤️ When I lost so much due to breast cancer, losing the ability to carry my one precious embryo was the biggest heartbreak of all.
