Moms hilariously tackle their athlete sons with their sporting gear on: 'She's tough, watch out'

It is a universal fact that moms can do anything. They can prepare quick meals and manage a million chores along with handling children. They are at the top of every list, all for their loved ones. Even in the sports section, mums do not fall far behind. They don't step back even when it comes to sports and a recent viral video proves that. NFL Films—who goes by @nflfilms on Instagram—shared a hilarious video of moms tackling their strong sons to dust with the "mom power."

In the video, the Washington Panthers from the Washington Community High School were seen engaging in a sporty game with their mothers to see who really is stronger. The athlete sons on one side, toughened up with their training and experience and their mums, on the other side, in their gear and "mom magic," ready to get the show started. The text overlay read, "Moms tackling their sons is the best thing you'll see today." Beginning with one of the moms confidently putting on her gear and helmet, the video looked promising.

Further in the video, the mom of each player is seen tackling her son on a safe platform with all their might. The first mom ran towards her son but was unable to tackle him, given his height and build. "Some sons are harder to tackle," the video mentions. The next mother-son duo leveled up. The son challenged his mum, "Come at me, come on." In response, his mother charged towards him hilariously with a huge smile on her face and boy, she did not disappoint. The video said, "Some hit harder than expected." She fiercely tackled him onto the safety platform, giggling together.

With her motherly instinct soon coming to the surface, she asked her son, "Are you okay?" To this, her son gleefully replied, "You actually hit me. I'm proud of you." The next shot in the video was unexpected. The mum appeared into the frame and before people even knew it, she tackled her son off guard. "Oh, nice shot," the people exclaimed. The video continued to read, "Some moms hit harder than expected." As the next mum came and energetically tackled her son, the video continued, "Like, really harder than expected."

The coaches, fellow athletes, dads, moms and many others were in awe and chuckled at the seemingly tiny mums tackling their tall and muscular sons. Lastly, came a mum who could compete with the sportsmen's physique. "A favorite," as the video mentioned. "She's tough, watch out," said one of the women as she approached her son in full strength. "The no-mercy mom," said the video and right enough, it seemed to be the best, most hilariously hard tackle. As soon as the mother-son duo hit the safety platform, his helmet flew with the force of his mother. Cheered as loud as ever by the crowd, there was a winner.

All the athletes went crazy at the skills their mums possessed and truly understood why it is said that mums are "superwomen." The comments section went wildly ruthless about the entire scenario. @erin_go_brahh said, "That's the, 'I brought you into this world, I can take you out, tackle.'" @just.marie.christine said, "She says are you ok? Like the other boys don’t hit him like a Mac truck doing 50mph. I love it."
