Little did the pregnant woman know that her sister had other plans about her labor and delivery video.
People who grew up with brothers or sisters know how much they try to find occasions to mess with each other. Most people, when they look back on their lives, laugh and smile at the silly pranks and goofy frolics they shared with their siblings. Recently, one such hilarious prank story went viral online when new mom Ana—who goes by @anaa_dreams on TikTok—shared her sister's shenanigans in her labor room. While the mom-to-be trusted her sister with capturing the most important day in her life, the sister had other plans.
Only days after her delivery did the new mom find out her sister had added some rib-tickling filters while filming the labor. The video shows the soon-to-be parents happily awaiting the arrival of their little one - only with their faces distorted most humorously. With unusually wide eyes, flared nostrils and devilish smiles, the couple seemed to look straight out of a cartoon. One might think there was a cameo by Gollum from J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth folklore, but it was only the mom-to-be pranked by her sister. The craziest part was when the sister didn't spare the new parents even after their little one was born. The emotional moment of holding their newborn for the first time was turned into a complete laugh riot by the mischievous sister.
Within a few days, the video gained over 15 million views, leaving the internet in stitches. "She had me in the first clip. I was trying to figure out why you were making that face," commented @14bcn89. "I am crying, laughing so hard!! Why make fun of such a precious moment? But at the same time, hilarious!" wrote @ashedajo. "Me waiting for my sister to ask me to be in the room with her to do this," joked @jary.94.
Among thousands of commenters, some people were concerned if there were actually good pictures of the new parents and the baby. In response, the mom shared a follow-up video revealing the "sister in question" and some of the "normal" pictures she took. The sister ensured to capture the beautiful interaction between the soon-to-be mom and dad and also caught the expecting mother doing her make-up before delivery. Also, some heartwarming moments where the father gets emotional holding the newborn. "No. I'm not mad at her," the mom clarified. However, there was a hilarious surprise at the end. The sister made it a point that the newborn didn't escape the distorted face filter too.

Speaking of funny filters, a hilariously awkward interview on Channel 9 News in Adelaide, Australia, made rounds on the internet. Mark Borlace, a manager at Australia's Royal Automobile Association, left the news anchor Alice Monfries in stitches as he struggled to fix the background during his chat, as per Huff Post. The video shared by the news channel on Instagram is an absolute laugh riot, especially when a "pizza party hat" filter gets added to Borlace's video chat. Monfries couldn't control her laugh for a good few moments and the internet was absolutely amused too.
