Having kids with a shorter age cap is truly an adorable experience. While the older sibling is still learning so much, they already grasp the need to care for their younger sibling who’s much tinier for the pure purpose of love. Indy Clinton—who goes by  shared a video revealing a cozy moment her two kids had which she captured. Though for her children it may have been a mundane memory, the mother has found a core moment to cherish and convince her to believe that she has raised her children well. Clinton is mom to a toddler girl and a slightly older boy who may be 10 years or older.

Being so young himself, the boy exhibited chivalrous behavior like that of a gentleman. As the girl was playing by herself and the brother was nowhere in the picture, the mom captured him coming into the frame to his sister. As soon as he noticed his baby sister’s dress unsettled and crumpled, causing it to fold upwards, he casually went behind her and straightened it for her and continued playing. “When you’re raising a boy your daughter will be safe with,” the mom wrote in the text overlay, overwhelmed with emotion and tears in her eyes. No condemnation, no awareness, just simply protective and loving instincts revealed by the brother.

He outdid himself as an older brother and his mom’s reactions were evidently showing how proud she was. The video is popular with over 6 million views and people were awestruck by the way the mom had raised her son. Several people commented about his fine behavior and mannerisms which would take him a long way as a man. Others even applauded the responsible and loving watch he had over his sister like the smartest and cutest older brother ever. @bria_lee7 said, “This is absolutely so precious. What a fine gentleman!” @rg_brooke said, “Oh my, he’s going to make the most loyal and caring gentleman.”

The protective and caring instincts immediately kick in without even knowing it, just like the sibling duo in this scenario. In a similar instance, Bentley and Bowen, two brothers, are seen in the video with each other while Bentley renders the most gullible version of “The Wheels on the Bus.” As he cradles Bowen to sleep, he begins to sing, “Babies on the bus go 'oua, oua, oua' all through the town. Mommies on the bus go, 'sshh...ssshhh..' all through the town." As he continues to cradle him, in the warmth and safety of his arms, the delighted little Bowen finally falls asleep. He aced his brother duty!

@georgiabuch1 said, “I think the purest part about this is he has no idea what this means.” @kelgrant48 said, “You should be so proud of your little man, he’s such an amazing big brother.” @maddy_osborne said, “As a girl mom, I love and appreciate this.” @alexandiraleighxo said, “My little brother took care of every period with tea and a heating pad. He made sure I ate so I could take my medicines, I love him so much!” No matter the age, older siblings are ever ready to be the bigger people for their little ones who are nothing less than their own babies.
