School kids getting bullied by their peers is not entirely unheard of. Sometimes, kids brave up to face their bullies and fight off against them whereas other times, they are afraid to protest. One mom decided to take matters into her own hands when her daughter got bullied on the school bus by a senior schoolgirl. Yammi—who goes by @bigyammip on TikTok—took a huge step to defend her daughter against her bullies and climbed into her school bus to confront those who made her young one feel miserable.

The video has garnered nearly 17 million views and over 2 million likes. It revealed that someone from the 10th grade class has been picking on her daughter who is in 7th grade. When the bus driver claimed to know nothing about it, the angry mom said, "She said you should remember stuff like these." "When she came to you, you should have gone to the teacher,” Yammi addressed the driver in a serious tone while filming herself. "You should have said something." Also, she went ahead and addressed others on the bus who might be facing similar situations as her daughter.

"So if anybody else, seventh grade, anybody, don't let nobody pick on y'all that's in high school. Don't let her bully y'all, 'cause you ain't gonna bully mine. And you, being a bus driver, you better get it under control. So tell the principal and y'all can tell your mamas that I got all y'all, 'cause ain't none of y'all getting bullied by her and you make sure you call your supervisor, whoever. Cause this better be the last time somebody says anything to my child." Even though many of her video viewers praised Yammi for being protective of her child, some said she could have avoided this scene.

@tarinchartier890 wrote, "I’d be calling transportation about the driver, the principal about the 10th grader and doing this as well. I’d take them all down." @lovemichelle25 noted, "My daughter was on the school bus I went to pick her up and the boy got off the bus crying. I said, 'Aw, are you ok?' He said she kicked me in my face. I said who, my daughter got off the bus acting like Resputia from Norbit. The boy wouldn't stop messing with her and got in her personal space. She gave him a fresh van print on his face." @kali.keck added, "Well, at my school, there's a shortage of bus drivers. Principals have to do it. It's hard to manage all those kids and drive at the same time. I recommend parents volunteer."

In a second video, Yammi clarified everything that went down in her previous video. She revealed that the bus driver claimed she was not notified about her daughter's concerns with her bully. "I got on the bus and I asked the bus driver," the mom explained. "She didn't recall the incident. I let the children know that bullying is not okay. That's not something that should be done and everyone should treat everyone how everyone should be treated." In her third video, Yammi mentioned that day when her daughter got bullied on the bus, her friend had shown her a jump scare video.

"So my daughter, you know, she screamed, and the 10th grader told her 'If you scream again, I'mma come over there and slap you and take your phone,'" the mom revealed. The young girl's friend ended up recording the face of the bully threatening her. "The only thing the principal said was, you know, 'I don't tolerate no bullying, you know, but next time, don't get on the bus,'" the mom said about the principal of the school who didn't do much in this situation. "That's literally the only thing he said to me."
